If they ever decided to put agent Bishop in tmnt movie, I would love to see Liev Schreiber play Agent bishop. I think he a great actor and he has played villain before.

Because he clearly is a parody of Agent Smith, Hugo Weaving.

First of all, none of those actors would touch a Ninja Turtles movie.

I'd want some character actor to do it I guess but I hate the Bishop character so I'd rather have him not be played by anybody ever.

Steve Carell.

I don't know Liev Schreiber was in that terrible (at least in my opinion) Wolverine movie, so maybe he would. :twink:

And you know this how?

Because they have agents?

If you honestly think a Josh Brolin or a Aaron Eckhart would do a ninja turtle movie out of the blue you have issues.

Schreiber did Wolverine because it's an X-men movie. There's a world of difference between one of the biggest comic franchises ever and a ninja turtle film.

For the most part yes but it's not like prior to the 90's anyone outside comic book geeks knew or cared about the X-Men and even then some of the casting choices for the first X movie were pretty decent for a comic book franchise that wasn't Supes, Bats or Spidey.

If you have a really good movie in the making and good people creating it then you have a sound basis for convincing actors and agents to at least hear you out.

Then there's the remote possibilty that some actors might have affection for TMNT and take a chance because of that. Who would have thought Laurence Fishburne would want to be in an animated turtles movie but he was there.

William Fichtner

A. I like the guy, and find him an entertaining actor.

And B. He did Drive Angry, so him participating in a TMNT movie certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility.

William Fichtner.

I don't want Agent Bishop or expect anyone in Hollywood to even know who he is, but that's a brilliant choice right there.

Because they have agents? And those agents wouldn't want them to be part of a multi-million dollar franchise?

We're talking about Ninja Turtles right? You do know that the last movie made no impact AT ALL and failed miserably to get fans back.

Ninja Turtles was a franchise on it's death bed before the Viacom purchase. It still hasn't proven anything yet. If Viacom can turn this around and make it something akin to GI Joe or Transformers then you'll see some B list actors giving it a shot.

Right now though? It's waaaaaaayyyyyyy too low-profile and cornball to take for respected actors like Brolin and such. Transformers is as stupid as it gets but it always brought in money even before the movies got started. Turtles hasn't made serious money in nearly two decades.

I can see some of those actors being in a TMNT film (they've done worse), but featuring Bishop in an upcoming Ninja Turtles flick is a bad idea. The character is not established enough in a broader audience to be considered a threat. A Ninja Turtles film should dish out a villain -- or villains -- that have appeared in at least more than one media outlet.

I am not saying that Bishop should be in the next ninja turtles film, All i am saying what actor would you like to portray Bishop, If he was in a tmnt film. I think Bishop is the only tmnt villain other than Shredder that can carried a film. Both Baxter Stockman and Rat King doesn't pose the level of threat compare to Bishop, Neither are them are in Bishop's league.

Baxter Stockman vs. The Ratking.... that would be cool.

Video games really shouldn't count, because they are tied to the series. And Bishop was integrated into the Mirage universe?

Off-panel cameo in "Sometimes they come back"

Which truly garners a full cinematic role...
