View Full Version : Who played Mondo Gecko in the classic toon?

I'll never understand why noone seems to know who supplied to voice for everyone's favorite skateboarding lizard in the original series. I know he was only in two episodes, but he was one of the most popular of the Turtles' allies! Is there anyway someone can help me find out who was cast as Mondo Gecko?

Just guessing, I'd say probably Townsend Coleman.

I don't think it was him. I've heard his real voice and I'm pretty sure his voice doesn't match up with Mondo's.

Couldn't tell you. It doesn't sound like Townsend. I wonder if he's a one off casting.

Well, I'm thinking of the time Mike had a venus flytrap munching on his nose. That sounded similar to Mondo IMO. But, I wouldn't doubt if it was someone else who voices Mr. Geico.

See, I looked on both IMDB and Voicechasers, and forgot to check Dirk Savage.

Was Mondo created by Ryan?

EDIT: Wait, was Mirage's Ryan Brown in Beverly Hills, 90210?

I loved him, both Archie and 1987 cartoon. Both backgrounds stories were nice.
