The voice of Tokka on the cartoon, "Rhazar, save me!" sounds like the same voice heard on many of the tmnt playmates toy commercials. It says things like "from playmates" at the end of the commercials and "Shredder, sworn enemy of the turtles" Anyone know if it is in fact the same voice?

I don't think he sounds like that dude at all. Tokka was voiced by Rob Paulsen, aka Raphael.

Besides, Frank Welker was the better Tokka anyways.

Powder I think u mite be thinking of the other voice for the toy commercials cause ther is two of them one that sounds like a normal human voice and the other one that sounds all evil and mutant-like. The one I think sounds like toon Tokka can be heard in this commercial: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ez_BcL-nIl4 but if it really Rob Paulson that voices toon Tokka then I guess that's that I wonder if he did the commercials too

Rob Paulsen was Tokka in the FW series.
I guarantee it!

I second it. It sounds like one of his voices and multiple sites credit him for the voice. Jim Cummings did the voice of Tokka's best buddy Razhar.
Was the Mondo Gecko voice actor ever correctly guessed btw?

Townsend Coleman did Rahzar.
Woulda been cool if they'd got Welker to do both though, bummer they never got him on the OT.

I don't think we've come to a conclusion. Powder found a credit to Ryan Brown. Not sure if it's an actor (from Saved By the Bell: The New Class) or the Mirage staffer.

Indeed, although, I really like Coleman's Rahzar. It sounds, quite frankly, way too sexy than it needed to be. Think about it. Furthermore, OT Rahzar's voice is the closest we may get to the Barry White voice of the Ninja Turtle universe.
Conversely, I found Paulson's Tokka to be lacking, but it isn't like the character had much of a role in the episode, anyway. So, ultimately, it doesn't matter.

"If your head explodes, you'll never make it as a Turtle fan," I know, I know. Skip to 1:34 for that.
Admittedly, it was the first time I heard his Tokka voice in many years, but better to be lacking than to be annoying, which I certainly won't assert about the Tokka voice. Judging voice acting is a subjective standard, so ask me in a few years, and I'll probably change my mind, anyway. On the other hand, I did enjoy his Hi-Beam and Hi-Tech voices, so it all balances out somehow.
Now, put your head back together, okies?

True, for an annoying Rob Paulsen voice in Turtles see Mr. Ogg.

Wow, Ogg was that annoying, my mind blanked out in fear of remembering him. Heh.
And, yeah, Zach's fine. Without him, Paulsen wouldn't have perfected himself for Mighty Max. Let's go along with that.
But, Zach never said anything without sniveling. :dead:

Eh, I just kinda assumed Frank Welker.

In the movie Tokka and Rhazar are babies or "stupid infants". But in the cartoon they can talk better, they sound older, and seem more intelligent and agile. So we now know Rob Paulson did the voice for toon Tokka, but did he also do the voice that is heard on this TMNT toy commercial?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ez_BcL-nIl4
it sounds like toon Tokka

He was the one character before Dregg and Carter that was plain annoying. The one good quality was his voice actor was Rob Paulsen. Hope he stays in the past. I just wish Mondo Gecko was ussed in Night of The Rouges instead of him. Anyone else could have fit the role! :tgrumble:
Back to the subject at hand...I honestly thought it was Paulsen behind Tokka's oneshot voice. Are there any other contenders?
