Logo Image Request!! (For the Artistically Inclined.)

[Ecto Jedi]

Hi there,

I've posted image requests on here before, but was a little confused as to where to put this one. It is for a radio demo I'm having recorded -- basically the pilot episode of a radio show I will shop around -- and it does tie into Ninja Turtles because I do actually plan on including the audio from an old TMNT commercial in the show. So there.

I'm looking for a logo. "Retro Playback Radio" is the name of the program. Here are some sample images of a logo that has piqued my interest.

I found these and I really like the colour and lay-out. They're a little fuzzy, but you get the idea. Something similar would be cool. I never limit creativity, so have fun with it. The show features all-'80s rock music, so the logo should reflect the fun and nostalgia aspect of the project.

Here are some '80s band logos, in case you find more inspiration in these.

Use these as inspiration if you wish. As many members are welcome to submit a design, as well. I can't offer monetary compensation but I can offer credit where credit is due. The image needs to be nice and large, something that can be transposed onto a website, pamphlet, etc. Perhaps a transparent background would be best.

Just remember: RETRO PLAYBACK RADIO. Do with it as you wish. For those interested, I have more graphic design needs coming down the pike shortly.

Give it a shot guys. I always come to the 'Drome for my image requests, and I never leave disappointed.

Cheers.

That's great! The show's going to be pretty great, I think. I'm really excited about what I have written. We plan on recording it during the next few weeks. I'll post the link up here.

Everyone else is free to give it a shot and put their own unique spin on it, too.

I'm assuming Shreddhead's busy working on a logo. :)

Anyone else like to cook something up? I may use various logos for different purposes. Feel free to be as creative as you wish.
