With Issue 9, it may be the first issue that I don't care to get Cover 'A'. Most of them, I like the 'RI' best, and some I like Cover 'B' best. I still like the cover with Shredder on the cover alone, but I don't mind getting Cover 'A' this time.

But what's a preview for Issue #9 doing here?

It's a typo. The actual cover will say #12. At any rate, the cover is the Retailer's Incentive cover, so Dan probobly didn't finish his yet. Anyway, Solicitations are up.

If you cross reference "IDW" "Writer" and "Costa," and do the same for "Artist" "Henderson" (aka google it), you'll see that Mike Costa and Mike Henderson are in IDW's employ. I think those are the most likely suspects for this Casey Jones micro! Sheesh, I feel like Batman over here... ¬_¬

Here's a fan piece of Mike Henderson's turtles! Looks pretty good! Though, since it's a CJ micro, we probably won't see much of these turtles...

I'm really excited for this Casey Jones micro-series. The cover doesn't amaze me like the Splinter cover did, but it should be a fun little story with some human pathos.

Those wraps don't get any better looking do they? I know they obviously want to hype up the book but I'm sure the main cast is pretty safe from death. Is there really a need the whole "will they survive"

Didn't go unnoticed by me but I was more concerned with the colouring job for cover. I hope that not what we can expect from the internal colouring.

Only in the first 2 or 3 pages in which she appears. But, you are correct that she isn't wearing it while driving that van around. In the actual comic, she wore a sweater with turtle neck (red and white respectively in the First Comics colored adaptation).

They were, but Archie reportedly threw away the color films when Laird wouldn't take them. So, if the recent miniseries trade by Archie was color (which someone else may be able to answer), then these might be too.

And yeah, the Casey cover does look awesome. It may be the first Micro Series cover that I would prefer in color. The ones so far, I've loved better in black and white.

Is Shredder the "secret" #8 in the series? Petersen wasn't saying when he was interviewed, and he didn't tell me when I spoke to him in person in February. That's how I found out he was doing the Splinter, April and Casey covers though.

Either Shredder or some character that probably hasn't been introduced yet. Most likely Shredder. Who else could it be? Baxter Stockman? Doubt it.

Not really a fan of Casey. But the one shots have yet to dissappoint. So I'll be picking it up. Looking forward to the upcoming April and mystery #8 issue!!
