My Ninja Turtle Project

I've been working on my own ninja turtle project recently and decided to keep a WIP blog about it. It'll be a short animation/film when it is complete.Here it is so far:

Thank you! Its more just a couple of shots like a tv show where Ill throw in what I can....and I wanted to make a group of them running around but its already taking up way too much of my time.

This is looking good! Great job at conveying atmosphere without overrendering everything. I think if mainstream CG movies did that, they could put together a film that cost less than $100 million.

thanks mate! I was relying more on shadows and I really wanted to get away from CG looking renders and style ie no shiny material or reflections etc. More comic bookish I was going for.

Welcome to the forum, but please make other posts in other sections. As great as this project looks, sometimes if seems like people just use this place for self-promotion.

I think their feet should be bigger so they can run faster

my only criticism is i preffer when their shell is big enough to cover their tush.

Actually if their feet were bigger I think theyd run slower and be less agile. I did initially want to make their feet bigger but the design makes it harder to animate.

Come to think of it the shell is a tad small! oops.
