In number 11 of IDWs ongoing the turtles are said to have a surprising new ally in their attack on the foot. Who do you think it will be?

Surprising new ally implies it is a character we know and would not expect to be an ally (such as a former antagonist). Old Hob and Stockman have been pretty ambiguous villains so far, each with their own motivations. The enemy of my enemy is friend could be at work here.

Either that, or Tom could be throwing us a curve ball, as he tends to do. We still don't know who Chet's master is. The Shredder/Foot is the obvious and natural choice, but again, it would be consistent with Tom's sensibilities that Chet is not working for who we think he is, and even ends up being this surprising new ally.

Maybe stockman will agree to help the turtles and leave them and splinter alone if they help him capture alopex who would work just as well as splinter, she's new and doesn't appear in other media so killing her off wouldnt be out of the question...Idk though, doesn't seem very honorable for the turtles to do that.

I'd like to see the purple dragons and stockman team up like in BTTS.

Plus, we have a mystery woman who saw April and Casey drive away from the apartment in #10.

True, but it's not exactly surprising to just have a new character, so I wouldn't suspect the ally being described is the mystery lady, though anything's possible.

Who sais the mistery lady is a new character, it could be Lotus Blossom, though I doubt it. :P

I wasn't saying she could be the suprise ally but as to who she is and whether she works for the Foot or Stockgen or some yet-to-be-revealed third party.

Ah, I see. I'd guess the Purple Dragons since they're on the cover of #11 but maybe that's a little too obvious.
