I figure unless the IDW series gets canceled most of, if not all these events will happen. So which do you look forward to most?

Other: Shredder gets shredded! I wouldn't mind an all-out four or six-way battle with Krang vs. Shredder vs. Bebop vs. Rocksteady battle as well, possibly with Old Hob and Stockman thrown in.

Wouldn't bebop and rocksteady be with shredder? And Stockman and Hob with Krang? Although I could see the latter alliance falling apart very soon.

I am not sure where this series will take us. It would be nice if they covered some of the Tales of the TMNT stories. If they do, I would like them to eventually revisite the Gang (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/showthread.php?t=30050) Wars (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/showthread.php?t=30808) story arc. It would be great if they could get Tristan Huw Jones (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/showthread.php?t=33585) to guest on that arc and have him be able to finish (http://forum.idwpublishing.com/viewtopic.php?t=9888) it.

Has a Turtle ever died in any of the mediums? I know there was that episode of the FoxKids show that was as close as I could think of, but that wasn't real. Honestly, I don't know how they would do it and keep the series going, but eventually, I'd like to see what it would be like if one of the Turtles actually died.

I do not know if I would want this to happen. The closest thing they every did was have Splinter die of old age in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (vol. 4) #10. If a Turtle were to die, which one would you think would die?

I'll post the reply I just gave to a guy that wrote a message on my wall about my response:

None of them. It's just something that's never been done before. If done, it possibly could kill the comics period. But since it's never been done, and if it could be done without messing up sales of the comic, I'd like to see it.

Maybe some kind of thing where Raphael gets killed because of negligence on the part of Leonardo, or vice versa, where Raphael steps up to be the new leader. Or an invention kills one of the others, and Donnie's guilt is played out. I don't know. I'm not a writer. I love the Turtles, and have since 1989, I don't WANT any to die, but it'd be an interesting scenario.

Eh...I wouldn't stop reading if they killed Leonardo.

They're not kill any of the Turtles, atleast not during the first couple years of the series! I'm looking forward to seeing Bebop and Rocksteady in mutant form. That's gonna be so cool!

Lmfao. To be fair did anyone think Splinter would die when the original turtles comics started up?

besides, hasn't it always been speculated that Mikey is the first to go?

I am torn on this one between seeing Bebop and Rocksteady mutated and the Shredder vs Krang vs TMNT fight. I thought the latter would happen last issue which seemed like a filler but perhaps it will happen in the upcoming issue.

Yeah they're not gonna kill off anyone important for a long time in IDW, But Mikey dying would probably have the biggest impact on the reader, it'd probably be self sacrifice or something knowig the character.

But I kind of want to change my vote. I can't wait to see Stockman change. To my knowledge there's never been a version of him that didn't so its probably gonna happen...and judging by Krangs pissed-offness pretty soon.

They won't kill any of the turtles off because there's only four of them. And if they did, backlash would likely make them bring the dead one back, which is a cop-out.

But regarding the topic, I'd probably say Bebop and Rocksteady.

April's Antique shop, for serious.

I really hope Raph gets tossed through glass...

I definitely have to say the destruction of the Antique store is something I am looking forward to the most. Not so much the store being destroyed but the fight that destroys it. I like how its already been done Three times (in my recollection), but how the Comics, Movie, and 2K3 Show each have their own little caveats for how it went down. It is such an iconic moment in TMNT Lore and I can not wait to see how they bring it to the pages of the IDW ongoing

Personally something I hope for is since Krang and the X Dimension is in this, I hope new updated and hopefully more bearable versions of those three girls appear.

Back in the day I loved those three so much, especially the one with the swirly orange hair. Now though they're a bit irksome, hence the updated wish.

Watch. Soon they'll reveal a cover(probably B) with mutant bebop and rocksteady on it and everyone will have a nerdgasm all over the internet.

How about some original stories? No? Okay, Bebop & Rocksteady it is.

You don't think the first arc and origin were original?

My vote goes to other, as I'm hoping to see some time traveling. Happens in virtually every universe and is one of my favorite aspects of the series.

I went with Bebop & Rocksteady. It doesn't make a lot of since to bring them in like they did then toss them aside. It might be a little while before we see them but I believe they will show up at some point. I'm not as against the idea as I was to start with. I guess 17 issues in I'm starting to stop worrying about them being able to keep the tone of the book going while introducing FW idea.

They were. But since #7 most of the story is basically retelling of ~30 y. o. Mirage material with a couple of changes here and there which I'm not really fond of (but I'm probably in the minority here).

They're stories that have been retold in other incarnations and likely will be again, they're practically part of the origin. Anyways the results of this poll looks like people wanna see a more serious bebop and rocksteady.
