I plan to work on a Metalhead Ironman here soon, but first I have to get through this "creative block" and finish this custom. I was inspired by Son of Ch'rell's Cyborg Metalhead/turtles customs. I have a 1988 Raphael figure that I began to paint the elbow/knee/wristbands a leather brown color. I replaced the right arm with a Metalhead robo arm from the elbow down. I was thinking to do like a "Luke Skywalker" style custom maybe or a futuristic cyborg figure...thoughts or ideas? I want to get his Ironman started but I want to finish the other first...

Focus on the metalhead iron man until completion. Too many projects at once will divert your creativity. Just my 2 cents.,,

I've got the Metalhead primed and ready to start painting to mirror Iron Man for a custom repaint...

I've also primed up an extra Slash I had laying around. After looking at some Marvel characters online and the figures for certain characters I'm going to make Slash into a custom Marvel figure too...but I don't want to disclose that until I can post the completed pic ;P

Slash Marvel custom is almost done, just one more crucial piece needs painted and it will be finished.

Metalhead as Iron Man custom is in starting phase. Mixing the paints to make sure the color is just right to do this one.

Also in the early stage of doing a Mummy Raphael repaint. Plan is to make it look more like a realistic movie monster mummy.

My latest finished custom of a Slash as Venom. Let me know what you think :)

I completely removed the spikes from the shell (except the center spine row). I sanded the shell down, cut the elbow/knee pads and spikes off, cut the bandana mask off and then went to town.

Also, here is the beginning of Metalhead as Iron Man crossover. Not complete by any means but any input would be appreciated.

Venom/Slash is a lot of fun, I like that!

Good to see Metalhead looks okay with some red & gold paint, since I'm coincidentally working on that same figure!
