At the end of Attack of Big MACC, the Turtles have successfully gotten MACC back to own time, but Shredder and the mutants are incapacitated and Krang is stumbling about from the electric discharge. Technically, the Turtles could have finished off the villains right there rather than leaving them to fight another day.
Goes to show there is a difference between the TMNT and The Villains then.

Indeed, the villains wouldn't have hesitated to dispose of their enemies for good. It probably demonstrates the "self-defense lesson" of the show as well, considering the Turtles only fight when there is no other choice and turn out to be successful in battles.

Several other episodes have the same situation.

Later episodes saw them do drastic damage to the Technodrome wheneever they entered it. Technically, with a little episode restructuring, you can cite "Super Irma" as the reason Shredder and Krang don't make many apperances in the latter half of season six, as there too busy repairing a partially submerged and totalled Technodrome.

The last that we saw Shredder, Rocksteady, Bebop, and a couple Foot Soldiers was when MACC used his laser to circle around them forcing them to land in a different part of the Techndrome, and I'm sure something protected them upon landing. Had the Turtles followed after them, they could have gotten in deeper trouble, so their best strategy was to simply escape before they could attack the Turtles again. Krang was simply paralyzed, so presumably when Shredder and his mutants/Foot Soldiers returned to the room where Krang was, they then freed him, and it was back to another attempt to take over the world for the next episode.

Raphael - That's not how we deal with villains on this show.

Nah Shredder would have put them in an elaborate trap with which they could easily get out of and when that happened Shredder and Krang would bicker.
Here's a shocker about that episode; MACC blasts the rock soldiers and they shattered. You have to wonder if the censors realised that the Rock Soldiers were sentient beings rather than robots like the Foot Soldiers.

The Technodrome has been destroyed so many times in the show and then was back to normal in the next episode.
Remember when they used the giant magnet to crash a whole bunch of naval ships into the Technodrome? Or how many times the main teleportal control panels got destroyed?
Never liked when the technodrome was damaged by the turtles. I love that fortress too much. When I saw it in Divide and conquer I was speechless.

I would think that Dregg's microbots could easily rebuild it if there was a Season 11.
As for the Big MACC episode, the turtles were probably hot or exausted, it is extremely hot in the earth's core and they decided they needed to leave as soon as possible and that it wasn't worth the trouble to keep fighting.

And I love it, as an echo from the past.
