They didn't say anything about Granitor, but it appears this is a pretty different take. Traag doesn't even seem to be a general, I don't think.

I wonder what Playmates thinks about this, lol. No way we're getting a Traag that's 5X the size of the Turtles.

if he is a rock monster, he might actually be pretty good as a one piece per villain character and put them together kind of thing

I'm unsure how I feel about Traag, while the turtles fighting a giant rock monster sounds awesome, I'll miss having rock soldiers. They were seldomly used in the OT, and It'd have been nice to see them used to their full potential in this series.

I like that they are changing things up with some characters. That instead of being a carbon copy of things that have happened before. Giving some of these generic characters a makeover is great. I mean honestly he didn't do much in the OT, and being muscle he has yet to do anything in IDW. This gives the character a purpose and hopefully a back story.

Nicely said, Old Hob. :tsmile: I have to agree, why would we want the exact same thing as the OT? 2k12 is giving the character a chance to actually do something this time around.

change is good but this kinda change is not good coz it changes too much n lost too much things frm the original work. n i dont think makeovers will do anything except making him look goof. n i think muscle is welcomed by the majority of the viewers. point delivered.
