Great pickup on those. I really wanted that 18 as I have the pencil prelim that Eastman did for that page, but I really wasn't surprised to see it gone so fast.

I also just happened to stop by the site sometime around 5 PM on Friday (before the email) and nearly all pages were still there. As I tried to buy some, they were selling out! But I was able to get a few so I'm excited. This really was a tremendous deal for Eastman artwork from 1986. Yes, they are bluelines,but they are bluelines from book #1!

I really hope these went to fans as I'd hate to see these up for sale for some crazy markup. But considering the speed at which these sold, something tells me they did go to fans which is cool.

The way I found out was when Kevin announced some eBay auctions on his Facebook. I couldn't load up the auction on my phone so I got on the computer and went to his site to see what all he had put up on eBay. That's when I saw them untouched. At first I got one page. I had a feeling they would be gone fast so I got another. I paid a little more for shipping since I bought them separate. I was shocked I lucked out. I got the e-mail update later. That's when I went back and most of them were gone.

I thought that, too. There are a pair of pages from issues 18 and 32 on eBay that sold on Kevin's site for $125. The seller is asking $599 and $999 respectively.

Oh no. That sucks man. It looks like the ordering system was a little wonky as like Rose mentioned, some previously listed items marked as sold were still available, while in your case, an item that was sold, was still marked as available. Something tells me they were not expecting the fast response they got.

Dang, that sucks. Sorry to hear about that. Which page did you try to order? I know for a brief time I saw that page 7 had a drop down quantity box implying they had multiple copies of that page available which didn't make sense. I figured it was a glitch or a mistake.

In the past when ordering from the site I've noticed that items could be added to the cart and if I decided to change my mind, the sold status would remain even though the items weren't sold. I've had it happen to me twice. Once I got to PayPal and changed my mind. The second time I ordered I went through PayPal and had an error on PayPal and when I went back to add the item again, I couldn't. A couple days later, they took the sold status off and I purchased it. I have a feeling some of those that became available again today were similar scenarios.

Yeah, it was page 7...dang it! It was between that and another page, and I decided I liked 7 the most.....wrong choice!

Just nabbed page #9. It has always been a favorite of mine and Im glad it was still available. I dont buy art but I think its going to look great displayed behind my color NECA figures for a display.

That's weird. You got more pages, too. I was surprised I got the book. This is probably the 10th time I've ordered from them and I've never got anything extra other than the Time Capsules.

I missed out on these but had I caught them I wouldn't of gotten one anyway, I don't think. I mean I'd love to own one of the more iconic turtle-heavy pages of course, but money is tight & I care more about lineart than this sort of thing. But nonetheless color me a bit jealous.

Yep, these went super fast. I do wonder if Kevin would have issue #2 though. It wouldn't surprise me if Laird has it even though he didn't color any of it only becuase he has all #2 artwork.

Me too. All I buy now is lineart but this is the one exception for me. I don't chase after bluelines but in this case, I simply had to. I was just always and still am, a huge fan of this collected book :)

Yeah, this collected book is special to me because it's the first time I ever read these stories as a kid. I loved them and read the hell out of them. They still sit on my bookshelf.
