I grabbed the first collection but weirdly the main IDW series has now disappeared. I'd assume it's just a temporary problem as everything else is still there.
Anyway good to see TMNT available digitally.

Out of curiosity, how long does one have to wait for a new release $3.99 title to be discounted to $1.99 digitally? One month?

From what I have seen, yes that seems to be the case. May not happen to each title but seems to be consistent changes when new issues are released.

Thanks! I can't ever see myself paying the same price for digital as hard copy, so I am glad to hear that they do reduce the prices after a certain period of time. Hopefully they keep this up!

No worries. They have also recently released the Colour Classic Collections Vol 1 and 2, $7.99 each. The description for vol1 states it contains issue 13, 16, 18 and vol2 states 16, 22, 23. So I think they just copy and pasted from the hard copies descriptions you can find on the web.

Not sure if this is good or bad news for IDW. On one hand it will increase international sales, but on the other it will highly increase pirated copies, as digital copies are easily distributable. Maybe the gains will outweigh the losses, what do I know?

I think it's a good thing that the comic industry has embrace the digital trend. It' worked for movies and novels, and people still seem to buy hard copies.
I for one have recently got back to purchasing comics mostly digitally because they are digital. I was turned off for the longest time by the crazy number of titles and what it was doing to my wallet.
