I thought this vid was funny to be honest.
Chuck Norris and his wife made a promo video where they encourage people to vote; specifically to NOT vote for Obama.
In this video though, they predict that if Obama gets reelected, we will face 1000 years of darkness.
I know he's Republican in real life but geez....he really doesn't want Obama to win.

Where did he say he didn't want Obama to win? Did I miss something?
His wife is pretty hot, by the way. Only the best for the Norris!

If you watch at 0:36 onward, the wife mentions how Obama won the election by 10 million votes because a certain amount of Christian voters didn't vote.
Then they go on to say to vote, otherwise, we will live in a world of socialism; so they are saying not to vote for Obama.
Of course, Walker always gets the ladies.
Yeah, I got it now. Well, the man is entitled to his opinion...the 1000 years of darkness. We already started those 1000 years, anyway. I don't see how another old white dude is going to make a difference.

Forget the 1000 years of darkness. Look at the economy. Obama's been the prez for four years and things got worse. When a coach doesn't win games, he gets fired. I think it's pretty obvious who's going to be voted in in November.

Anyone as President, and the country would have gotten worse simply due to the worldwide economic crisis.
As for socialism, America doesn't know the meaning of it considering both the Democrats and Republicans are right wing parties... our Conservatives in the UK are about where the Democrats are on the political scale for example. To know true socialism means living in the UK during the 1970s...

No, no, socialism is North Korea and Cuba. And look at how life is in those places. Like starving to death?
Also, if you're referring to the Euro crisis, nobody has said that caused the US economic troubles. In the 1990's the US boomed while Japan was down the tubes. Obama has kept blaming George Bush and the Republicans...but I say that Obama had his chance to fix things and blew it. He needs to go.

Chuck Norris don't predict, he plans.

Yeah, I bet our most right winged politicians in Norway would be called liberal hippies in the US :P

Same here, our conservatives are closer to the American democrats while the Republicans as they are right now are a lot like Germany's neonazi party.
Shouldn't the name of this thread be, Chuck Norris wife quotes Ronald Reagan?

Ted Nugent has said, in response to people like the late Frank Zappa who encouraged young people to go out to vote, that you shouldn't vote unless you know who and what you are voting for.

It takes far longer than a presidential cycle for the economy to rebound from as far down as ours was allowed to drop. Anyone who thinks that the results of November's election will some how magically repair the damage done is fooling themselves.

Tell that to Ronald Reagan in his first term.

I was quoting a Western country that is traditionally more conservative on the whole, undergoing radical socialism in government. That was the UK during a lot of the 70s. And yes, people did suffer, with strikes all over the place due to union power, services stopped, food shortages, fuel problems... a time you never want to return to.
And I'm not explicitly talking about the Euro crisis, I'm talking about the economic meltdown happening in a lot of a world, not just Europe. I never said it was completely linked, although a number of aspects of the troubles in the US, Europe, the Far East and north Africa are tied. The fact that the Federal Reserve in the US has created more than twice the amount of new money to the US economy in the last four years than the entire 60 years previous. Which, I might add, had nothing to do with Obama.
My view is that regardless of who won the election four years ago, the US would be pretty much in the same place today.

Oh look! A soundbite with as much substance as trickle down economics.
