Tokka 1990 Copyright variant

I've just noticed that with two Tokka figures I'm holidng, one has a 1990 copyright and another has a 1991 copyright. This may have been an error since Tokka used the same sculpt as Slash which had a 1990 copyright and could have been used early in production. I also noticed that the word "China" was found on the 1990 figure under the left foot with a 2 on it and the 1991 figure did not have word China under the foot. Can anyone else confirm, even if different people have different dates on the back?

I have two different Tokka figures, the brown variant (1990) and the black variant (1991). Is it the same with yours?

I believe the one who saiy China belongs to the 1998 reissue.
