I don't know, but I noticed that from the first line his weapon mount is mostly not intact. Maybe when this is intact the figure brings more...

I've personally only noticed that NECA Raphael with stand costs more then the other turtles.
as for other lines, I've not seen any major difference. But, I'm lazy

Generally, they are pretty similar since Playmates tends to ship the Turtles in equal components to a box, with the Nick series proven by this fact. That said, the Cold Case thread in which Donatello is worth more than the other three combined seemed to spark interest for this topic. However, Donatello's bo tends to be the sturdiest out of all of the weapons and is easier to find, as opposed to Raphael's smaller sai and Michelangelo's easy to break nunchucks. That said, as you look at my want list, you'll see that what's missing in my collection is pretty equal.

I've always found tons of vintage dons and leos, soft and hard. But I dont come across Raphael all that often. Original 1988s im talking about.

I'm pretty much completely opposite of that. I always find Leo, especially a complete one, the hardest to track down.

When I was younger Donatello was always the hardest for me to track down. However, out of the classic collection Donatello seems to be the easiest to find. Must be his derp face in the first batch.

My theory, to which I have nothing to back it up, is that Donatello could historically be the least sought after turtle upon initial release at a retail level. Thus they tend not to make as many of him. As a result, he becomes more rare later down the road when collectors are seeking him. Again, it's just a random thought.

When I was building up my collection a few years back I don't recall any Turtle overall costing more. I also have more Donatellos than any other Turtle so... (shrugs) dunno what to tell you.

And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for you meddling kids!
