This weeks poll will look at the remaining specialty, non-basic figures that Playmates released in 1992, covering the second Mutant Military line, a couple of the Wild West turtles not covered on the previous survey, a couple of the Sewer-Spittin' turtles not found on the last poll, as well as the Mutations Turtles & Splinter. Please vote and discuss if you have the chance!

I voted for Mutatin' Splinter as it is the most accurate and realistic of all the mutations. The Turtles are too big when demutated, Bebop is not black, and Rocksteady looks odd with the green hair. Splinter however gives us Hamato Yoshi.

I voted delta team don. I always thought he looked pretty cool in the camo uniform. Never had one as a kid but remember being jealous of a friends.

Voted for Private Porknose Bebop though I would have easily gone for Dimwitted Doughboy Rocksteady, but I remember playing with Bebop more. Either way both of these characters were great because of their articulation. I loved having such detailed arms on these two releases

Mutatin' Splinter is definitely the best of the ones listed. First release of non-mutated Splinter, Hamato Yoshi.

My vote goes to Private Porknose Bebop. Always loved it. Bebop & Rocksteady variants were awesome as hell, and this one especially. Loved the design, the purple clothes, the articulated elbows...

It's listed in the other thread. You're in the wrong one.

Beachcombin Mike, excellent figure. Also Kookie Kalvary Leo is great in sculpt/package/accesories.

I love all of these. The Mutating figures were the most important pieces to the time.

In 1990, it was all about collecting the pop-up figures and hard-heads (they were new then). The hard-heads had the same backer as the '88 figures then.

In early 1991, the 39 back re-issued first wave figures (excluding Raphael) were in stores.

So, in the summer of 1992, it was cool to see Mutations because first wave Raphaels were not in stores.

The '92 figures really completed that cycle that began in '90.

This was tough.
I really like a lot of these guys. I went for Krazy Cowboy. I just think he has an edge on the others. The candy cane for a cigar is genius.
The Chief is super detailed, coming a close second.
Thus is one line that I am very happy with, and a thread or two ago, I put the wild west dudes into the lair for a photo!
Can't close without mentioning Bebop n Rocksteady here. They look great in this range.
