I finally got a chance to watch this episode and I have to say it's easily in my top 5 favorite episodes of this show. I think it easily could of been broken into a 2 part episode with all the villians that showed up in this episode. So far season 7 have had some awesome episodes with this one being the best by far.

Was a good episode, but I wish we got a prior episode introducing Scumbug and Antrax.

It's been a little while since I've seen this one, but it's a nice entry in the series.

Not only was it cool to see all those series villains working together (though granted each villain is pretty bland and watered down in terms of motivation and effectiveness), but it was nice to see the Turtles' needing to get bailed out by their human allies. There was some nice plot tension when Donatello (I think) starts to begrudge humanity in general (a theme that crept up in the FW series from time to time). In the end, the TMNT realized that their greatest asset was the combined strength of the friendships they had forged with the people they had helped throughout the years.

I have been waiting for this thread. Night of The Rogues is my FAVORITE episode! I wish Zach would have been absent as well as Tempestra because there were better chocies like Mondo Gecko or Usagi for him if not both and why not General Tragg instead of Tempestra? I like the premise of a villain gathering, but them working for alien treasure instead of wanting to kill the turtle for the heck of it due to the past encounters? It really should have been a two parter with the turtles thought dead and Rat King perhaps acting like the field leader for Shredder seizing city hall. Nevertheless I love the episode simply because of the villain gathering!:tgrin:

April meets Casey in person for the first time in this episode, and she said that she has his number. This suggests that April has a soft spot for Casey that wasn't present earlier in the series when she viewed him as suspective. It's too bad that they would only meet one more time in Cyber Turtles, since Season 9 could have dealt with April and Casey's relationship instead of Carter since she didn't have much screen time that year and was free from the hassle of Channel 6. Most importantly, it proved how valuable the humans were to saving the Turtles as a team. I'd rank it as the second best episode of the season after the Legend of Koji.

I had forgotten it was April's first time meeting Casey.

I don't think it's the 2nd strongest Season 7 episode, mostly because of the "Villain Decay (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DiminishingVillainThreat?from=Main.VillainDecay)" complaint which I explained in my previous post. I think "White Belt, Black Heart" is probably right there with Legend of Koji as the best of Season 7, since it reveals some important information into Splinter's past.

my opinion i feel sesaon 7 was going to be the last season as they made a tribute to pretty much any and all characters in that season
