Hello, all. I go by many names, but here, you may call me SawyerSquirrel, or even just Sawyer.
I've been a fan of the Turtles since I was young; despite being too young to witness the original airing of the original Ninja Turtles cartoon, I'd seen episodes thanks to VHS copies; in particular, "Sky Turtles" (still a fave episode of mine). I think my folks had gotten the video tapes from some Burger King promotion at the time.
Either way, much of the information I have about the TMNT comes from watching seasons 2 & 3 (thanks to my library's DVD collection), and a few episodes of the early 2000s' TMNT. I've been wanting to buy a few IDW comic as of late, as well as maybe getting my hands on a few classic Mirage ones (if they're not too expensive -- I think my local comic book shop has a few). I just love the feel of the classic TMNT canon; heck, some of it serves as part of my inspiration for a story project I'm working on.
