Splinter being half rat half turtle?

i'd like to know what scenerios would occur had this happened.. has it happened like in any cartoon or comic or something? what occurances would NOT have happened that already had, had he been spliced..

i honestly dont even know what im askin, but just wanted to throw this out there

It would be a strange combination (technically half human, quarter turtle, and quarter rat.) Maybe a weaker shell but can run faster and is probably in their 30s/40s? Outside of the Turtles' weird Red Sky mutations, I can't think of any other "double mutations" in which the mutation keeps getting more and more complex. I guess his name would be Splintangelo or Raphter.
