How often does Zoloworld restock their TMNT cases?

I'm looking to buy a few but apparently they aren't in stock. How often do they restock?

I believe they restock quarterly. You can preorder now on their website for Q4. I have been debating ordering as I find $5 plus shipping for one plastic container a bit steep.
