Hi, I was recently given a bunch of TMNT items and I would like to sell them, but I am unsure of the value of everything. I have added pictures below. I was offered $100 - $150 for everything, but I don't know if that is a fair offer or not. I have tried doing some research, especially on the Poppin' Pins Bowling Game. I found a listing on ebay for the Poppin' Pins Bowling Game (opened without box and with slightly broken peice) that sold for $500, but was told that it could have been a fake sale. I haven't found much information of the Poppin' Pins game online, but I do know that it is rare. How much is an average price that they go for? Any help with the value of all of my other items would be would also be great. I hope I posted this in the right place. Thank you all for any help that you can give.

Personally, I would post the Poppin' Pins game by itself on eBay and let the bidders decide it's worth. I'm pretty sure that's rare. As for the figures and vehicles, you may get more by piecing them out, but I think $120-$150 is fair for the lot without the bowling game. Especially if you have a buyer lined up and can avoid auction fees. I don't think there's much value in the school bag and masks, etc, but I could be mistaken there.

Ugh, another 'I'm going to join a TMNT forum and sell stuff' post. I hope you stay for a long time, but honestly it's frowned upon by just about everyone here for you to come on here with your first post and ask 'How much can I get for this?'. Doesn't look good for you.

The person that offered $150 was offering that for everything that I posted above. Just so I understand, you think that everything without the Poppin' Pins game is still worth over $100? Sorry if these are stupid questions, I'm just trying to educate my self to make a better sale. Also, if I were to sell the bowling game on ebay, should I set a reserve price? If so, how much? Thank you so much for your help.

I'm sorry if my post bothered you. I just thought that there was no better place to ask TMNT questions than a TMNT forum. I don't know much about the show and I don't want someone to take advantage of me, by me making an uneducated sale. I am not trying to sell anything to you through this post. I am just looking for advice of what you and other members of this forum might think that the items are worth.

It's all about what someone is willing to pay. I just re-read your initial post and saw he offered you $100-$150. So that makes a difference. Of course if the figures and vehicles were complete, you could make a lot more. But something tells me the bowling game is all this guy is really interested in. I searched eBay and found the auction you were referring to. The seller had a Buy It Now of $500, but he actually sold it with a Best Offer of $150 plus $20 shipping. After eBay and Paypal fees, the seller actually got around $130. I would put the figures at about a buck a piece and the vehicles somewhere between $5-$10 each (depending on which one) since they are loose and incomplete. Using all that as a gauge, I would counter with $200 plus shipping for the whole lot. If he doesn't like it, offer the bowling game alone for $130-$150 and see what he says.

Note this is all my own opinion. Other forum members may feel different. I am certainly no expert. I just go off of what I see in the market.

I agree with your opinion as well.

Do you think I might get more for everything by going throgh ebay, or the selling forum on here? Thanks so much for your help.

I'm not sure if it is a real auction since the seller relisted a few days later, but it is the only auction I could find. If someone offered $150 then I would take it. Especially if they are local, so you wouldn't have to pay to ship all of the stuff. That's just my thoughts, though.
If you sold it on this forum or ebay then you will probably be paying a lot to ship the bowling game, $30 - $40. But if someone comes and pays cash then you won't have to pay shipping, ebay charges, or Paypal charges. Ebay charges about 10% and Paypal charges 2% - 5% on any thing that you sell. I would personally keep the bowling game, but if I wanted to sell it, I'd definitely take the $150 for everything.

For all of the figures, ships, backpack, and masks, you'd probably get around $85 on ebay; but, again, you'd have to pay shipping, and ebay/Paypal charges.
