Shopping Spree and Possible New Sightings!

[Endurs03]

Found some great **** today. I paid great prices. I can give you an exact price if you are curious, but I spent about $180 for the merch and $498 on the Legos. Paid $22 per Shellraiser, I may return these. It was impulse.

That Leo backpack, yea. Got two of them for $3.75 each. Snuggies? $9.98 Of COURSE I got all 4 Turtles.
Baxter Robot Rampage @ $29.99 each. Good for release day, meh?

The BackPacks were on clearance at Hot Topic, $5.99 then 50% off. Rockin!

The rest I picked up from Spencers.

Fleece Blanket was 17, BackPack was 8, Shot Glasses were 12, Tall glasses were 20, Neck pillow was 9. Poster is the "Say No To Drugs" for 3.99, lanyard was 3.99, the rest was retail prices. Overall though I had a wonderful day!

This is where I stopped buying, but took pictures!

The hoodies were reversible. They each had a turtle, so 2 and you have all 4, they were BOGO 50% off one.
Hot Topic and Spencer's had different, but reversible beanies.

Where's you find the Legos?

[Shogun26]

That Mikey neck pillow is cute.

[Veedubguy83]

Where did you get the Lego's??? That is what I am after!

[Endurs03]

Lego was found at tru.

[Veedubguy83]

Ahhh, that figures... They are too expensive there for my blood, will wait till the hit wal-mart or target so they are at MSRP.

[Endurs03]

They had a $25 off $100 purchase. If you avoided the shell raiser it went below msrp. Also got free ninja go project case(13.99) for each $50 spent. Selling those on eBay to make some money back. Also got free tmnt poster promo. So 3 promos given out per transaction. Made it less than msrp.

Customer service said they'd match Lego.com if I could pull it up on my phone. So shell raiser would have been 59.99 price matched. As well as the other sets. The $25 saved more on the Baxter sets.

Yo that white long sleeve shirt is too boss, was that sold at Spencers? I doubt they'd have/make 3X but still...

[Endurs03]

Its a boys large, for my wife. Oh ****. I never posted her new wallet. Its amazing.

I did see boys xl, but no longer. That was at target.

[Powder]

Ah, damn. I should've figured as much. I wish they'd pump out some adult clothing with the new turtles, short of those lame ass hoodies and the one white tee that only goes up to XL.

[Zulithe]

Well, that certainly is a lot of merch. Personally I'm only interested in Nick stuff these days, so the LEGOs definitely interest me the most.

I wonder if my local TRU would price match shop.lego.com, it seems like this varies a lot depending on who you encounter, or what the management decides.

I am tempted to stop by there this morning and try it out, especially if I can still get $25 off for every $100, I'd save about $50 (i'd make sure it went over $200 somehow, not hard to spend money at TRU :p)

[Zulithe]

One more thing, I just checked the toysrus.com front page and the spend-100-save-25 offer explicitly says EXCLUDES TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES

So be careful if you try to use this promo, you'd have to get lucky for them to approve it.

[Endurs03]

Yea, I posted in the other thread that I got lucky. Manager allowed it. Took 25 off Baxter, should have asked to take it off dragon bike. Then tried to get Walmart rt o price match dragon bikes for 2.99.

All this merch is licensed by Nick, they call them retro designs.

Wow what a haul! Grats
