Favorite dreams you had as a kid or present that featured the tmnt

Ive had so many

But my favorite was similar to tmnt 4kids and tmnt movie 1 where the foot where invading nonstop and i was helping the turtles fight.. so scary because no matter how many we defeated they just kept coming i was getting hurt too.

because when i woke up my dog was under my blanket and kicking me! lol so the foot won the battle.

I had a dream that Troma made a TMNT movie. More or less watched it in my sleep. It was so badass.

Most of my dreams as a kid were actually episodes of the OT I made up or that never happened. Did anyone else do this?

Basically I dreams of the Turtles fighting characters that I had toys of, like Pizzaface, Wyrm, Monty Moose and along those lines.

I had a dream recently that the Foot Clan was real, but the Turtles were not.

ok... a lil weird.

in part 1, when april awakens in the lair and she's freaking, she tries to rationalize what she's seeing.

"those guys in the black pajamas...they jumped me! that rat...i saw in the parking lot! you guys...i have no idea where you came from!"

in my 6 year old mind, i made up this thing where her older brother put 4 turtles in her bed as a child to scare her and thats why she was seeing these giant turtles now. lol! i was workin out her psychosis as a child!

eventually i actually dreamed this. :teek:

When I was a kid during the original cartoon's run, I had a dream that I guess was inspired by Michelangelo's Birthday. Michelangelo was running away from home again, but this time it was because the turtles got mad at him for stealing April's boots, for some reason. I guess his weird mutant turtle feet would have stretched them out, which is why everyone got mad? It's hard to think back about childhood TMNT dreams.

I had a dream where the Technodrome was shown at the bottom of the ocean and the episode was supposed to be White Belt, Black Heart but there was something different about it, it was going to be a Red Sky episode.

The only TMNT dream I can remember having was the one where I dreamed about watching a trailer for the sequel to the original live-action movie (before I had actually seen the official Secret of the Ooze promo). I had this image of a super-realistic looking slimy blob-like Krang. And I think Bebop and Rocksteady showed up near the end of my dream, but they look more cartoony that I was expecting.

I had a dream that Troma made a TMNT movie. More or less watched it in my sleep. It was so badass.

Come on, Powder, I want those details! :tcool:

It was reeeally out there, which I guess is normal for Troma. They kinda looked like badass versions of the Coming Out Of Our Shells turtles (or was it Gettin' Down In Your Town? I dunno), wearing punk & hip-hop apparel of the 80's. Ya know, ripped/bleached denim vests, giant ass fence chains as jewlery, big black sunglasses, white high-tops. They didn't have any pads or belts, but like, dirty bandages and spiked bracelets & stuff. Didn't carry ninja weapons either, Leo had knives, Donny had a spiked bat, Mikey had a big ass chain & Raph had a snub-nosed revolver. Really grimey looking dudes (I always told myself I'd draw them but haven't yet- One day!). It was really just like, a short scene. A crackhead was driving through a beat up wasteland looking 80's NY and pulled to a stop, the turtles just ran out of the shadows and rushed his car. Smashed the windows, hit the hood with their weapons, etc. Then they started piling into it, Raph gets in the backseat, yells to get the drivers attention, he turns around, Raph whips out his revolver with ninja precision and shots him point blank in the face. They all get splashed with blood and start spewing out phrases like "GNARLY!" "Raaaaadicaaalllll", etc. They throw the guy out of the car, then proceed to rip the freakin' roof off of it, turning it into a convertible. Mikey's outside of it spraypainting sh*t all over the sides of it. They agree to call it "The Shellshocker" and they drive off. That was basically it, though I vaguely remember another part. They 'go back to the lair' which is like, the worlds smallest section of open sewer. They huddle around a dead rat nailed to a plank of wood and address it as Master Splinter, telling him about their day. That part made me feel really uneasy... I guess the idea was that they were not only murderous but straight up crazy & delusional. It was badass at the same time, though. Haha.

Man, and I thought Kevin Eastman had some strange ideas for the 4th live-action movie!

I only had a dream about TMNT once, and that was when I was Raphael (I think), and even though its vague and just felt like a typical OT plot with live action movie backgrounds, I do remember being terrified when Shredder nearly flushed me into a whirlpool deep in the sewers thinking that I would never wake up.

Of course, the TMNT themselves have had a number of dreams throughout the franchise, most notably "Shredderville" which IMO is the best dream of the franchise which comes closest to a "win" condition by Shredder and his gang had they destroyed the Turtles/Splinter pre-Red Sky. Let's not forget "Bad Day" which is really a dream through meditation. Then in Mirage's City at War, Splinter had a dream with the Rat King.

I've had many dreams about the Turtles, and some of these dreams have spawned fan fics that I've written, which is pretty cool to me.

I've had a few TMNT dreams over the many years I have been a fan, but the only one I really remember was when I was a kid. I remember that Shredder had captured Leo, Mike, and Raph so Don had to go on a quest to rescue them. I don't recall the whole story, just that at one point Don was climbing a mountain in the rain, and at one point he had some help from the Tiny Toons (yah weird lol).

For a while I used to dream that I still had my TMNT toy collection that my parents gave away when I was ten. Those dreams always bummed me out when I woke up, possibly even more so than the dreams where I had a girlfriend. Clearly my priorities are out of whack.:ohwell:

Another TMNT episode dream from when I was really young was where Shredder apparently caused April O'Neil to balloon out, Michelangelo's Birthday style. My dream didn't have any anti-mutagen though, all I remember was the Turtles going to the spot underground where the Technodrome had been and finding April in its place, like a yellow Technodrome.

Gah, sounds like some of the weirder fan art on Deviantart these days!

That is a funny mental image, though!
