The rock concerts were great I liked the music esp in the first one
But why didnt they keep the singers and musicians for turtle christmas?
the plot was foolish and rushed.
the songs didnt make any sense... why would splinter want pizza when he hated pizza mostly in the old tunes... when would he ever play video games? lol
this is tmnts most embarrassing moment in my opinion.

Its campy but I like it. Its not like it has anything to do with a female turtle or over the top violence. Now if you want to moan at campy Ninja Turtles try Coming Out Of Their Shells or Blue Line.:trazz: Love the '87 cartoon turtle voices in Blue Line, but its just plain aweful.

No, the Gettin' Down in your Town tour is the worst TMNT thing ever (COOTS was half-decent IMO); given that concert tours often can have a broad impact on any franchise, the utter failure of this tour, in terms of quality, promotion, and impact is beyond disbelief. But this was a close second (with Turtle Tunes right behind), especially the horrid originals "We're the Turtles", "Wrap Rap", and "Gotta Get a Gift". It seemed like this script was made in 30 minutes and it felt like it was shot in a day, not to mention the numerous production mistakes. If anything, it would be viewable for the "so bad its good" aspect that Gettin' Down in your Town lacks since Christmas is very popular, and notably poor execution can make it feel like a sitcom. But having the Turtles forget about who gets a gift (Splinter) sounds very unlike Leonardo and Donatello's normally smart and noble decision that gives you that "huh?" feeling. But the voice acting sounds more like random people talking on the street to each other and the outfits are very cheaply made, and you can even see the zippers behind the mask giving the disbelief that the Turtles are even real!

At least it's not as bad as the Star Wars Holiday Special, because in comparison, it is mercifully short.
The Turtles version of 12 Days of Christmas is pretty brutal though.
"...and a pizza with pepper-onay!" Ugh.
