A Cool Turtles Find!

[ssjup81]

Hey guys. I know it's been a long time since I've posted, but I recently went to Tokyo for a couple of days. I went to Harajuku and my friend took me to a shop with old American (mostly) vintage stuff from the 80s and 90s! I saw something that caught my eye. I jumped at the chance to buy it! I have it attached.

I saw some other Turtles stuff (like the caps...not really vintage, though...I have 'em lol), but not much worth talking about. That was the only pack I could find. This one is from 1989, btw. I shall cherish it and not open it. lol

Wow. That's pretty cool.

Lucky... :) I was all over the map in Japan last year, and found nothing in stores. Though I had a fun time searching. I did get my hands on this though:

Occasionally an import (usually from the UK) makes it to North America to about the same degree a North American item makes it to Japan. That said, that's probably a 100 yen item since they are widely available on eBay since there are entire boxes still listed. And its quite ironic that in the home of the ninja, the word "hero" was used for awhile!

Lucky! I wish I had that. My students tried watching it without subs (my version) but the English audio was to fast for them.
