Retrospectives for 1980s TMNT Toon

[Hardshell]

I was wondering if there are any really good write-ups or retrospectives out there on the 1980s TMNT cartoon. Any suggestions? I've watched the Angry Video Game Nerd one and That Guy With The Glasses one, but are there any others out there worth checking out?

Not really, most people on those sites don't actually research the OT beyond the first season and base everything they know about it on toys

There was a contemporary retrospective of-sorts done in the UK a while back. I saved these video files from the old NinjaTurtlesNetwork and they play in RealPlayer format:

The AVGN retrospective could've been a lot better. It started pretty good but then James started ranting and spending time on a lot of irrelevant stuff.

If you find the TMNT dissected, that provided a nice retrospective for the first three seasons. I believe DrSpengler (of TMNT Entity) also provided detailed reviews of the first two seasons and may be doing more in the future. I also find the Classic TMNT vs. New TMNT video series a good barometer on Youtube in terms of how it compares to 2k3.
