Since 2012 is coming to a close I figured now would be a good time to discuss New Years Resolutions.
Mine are to eat healthier and to not take on too much.
What are yours?

I'm going to try a low carb diet plan... going to be VERY hard, sugar, wheat and other carb-heavy foods are in so many things. But I have a co-worker who is also going this route (actually has for a while, but the desire for beer keeps throwing him off), so we are going to be helping each-other stay on track.

I don't have any resolutions and probably will never make any unless I feel the need to.

No resolutions, but goals to continue good habits started in 2012.
I started karate, both for the physical benefits and because I like it. So I plan to continue training regularly and through it build muscle and overall endurance/stamina, and lose a little more weight.
I also hope to advance at least two more belt levels.

My resolutions for 2013 are to;
Continue my weight loss journey (currently at 103lbs lost, 22lbs to go!)
Get nothing lower than a B in my college classes.
Move back to Pittsburgh.
I know I can do this! :D

That's awesome! I used to live in the South Hills. I'm really hoping to move to Shadyside/East Liberty area.
