Choose your favorite bros.
And this is open to all medias, not just toons.

Raph/Mike and Leo/Mike are the ones I like the most. Raph always cares for Mike in every incarnation even though he tries to hide it, even in the original toon! And I love the "oldest and youngest" brother vibe Leo/Mike have.
The Leo/Raph rivalry is overplayed so I get bored of it. And as a result the Mike/Don interaction is just forced when Leo/Raph are going at it.
Oddly enough there is never much Raph/Don interaction in most series, nor Leo/Don interaction.

I voted for Leo/Mike. I like the eldest/youngest dynamic too.
I think Raph and Don have a lot of banter in the 2k12 cartoon. No bonding moments yet though.

Yeah, it's kinda always Don and Mikey. Hope to see they explore more of the other two with Don in the future.

If I had to pick just one pair, def raph and leo as they are my two favorite turtles overall and they play off one-another so well. but since i love all 4 turtles the best part is I don't have to chose -- i get to see all the different dynamics and I really like each pairing.
don and mikey... incredibly smart and incredibly wacky/clueless
don and raph... brains vs brawn, raph always making fun of him for being so logical about everything
don and leo... leadership/confidence with planning. or, to look at it another way, the two girl crazy ones :P :P maybe they'll talk girl problems together?
raph and mikey... mean vs. kind. smartass vs goofy :P
raph and leo... we all know where that leads :)
mikey and leo... you can tell how much mikey respects leo. leo treats him like a mentally challenged younger bro that needs constant watching
this are just some of the surficial stuff... who knows where the writers could really take these characters.

I said Don and Raph.
Why? well.. Don is my favourite of these turtles and. I really really want to see the two having a more private adventure together.
I've never seen that before, and particularly in this incarnation it would be very interesting as Don and Raph seems to be the two turtles having the least in common.
Donnie is all about planning, thinking, over-thinking, over-complicating stuff, being technical, and do things based on logic not emotions in this series.
While Raph, while he is all about the here an now, barges in without really needing a plan, brash and forward, don't think to much over stuff just do, and he seems to react a lot on emotions, some-times even being unable to take logic into account.
So having the two team up for a private adventure seems like a very interesting thing to do... and I am pretty sure the two would go on each others nerves very very quickly, but in the end both calm down, I would like to see that, it would be new!

^There is a Don/Raph moments in New Girl in Town.
When Don was devising a plan to track Snakeweed's lair, Raph forced him to hasten up the planning using brute force. Donnie obliged fearfully. But when faced with Snakeweed, Raph panicked when Mikey went unconscious wheareas Don was calm and collected, urging Raph to take Mikey and escape.
I kinda thought the writers missed out on a potential relationship development there between Raph and Don (since they're more focusing on Raph/Mikey at that time). Raph could learn how to be more cool-headed like Donnie for example.

minor moments, I think an even better moment was in this new "The Alien Agenda."
Where Leo asks how they are supposed to get through the door and Donnie says.
"Don't worry I have an app for that!" carefully starting to go to work, only for Raph to kick the door down, which granted did the same trick X)
What it shows to me that both these turtles are on the opposite sides of two very big extremes.
Neither of them are the right human.. turtle being.
Donnie does over-complicate things far to much, he is the weakest fighter, probably thinking his machines is more important than immediate fighting skills. In fact, he is probably the turtle the least mind-set in the mystical ninja arts, he is the one most unlike Splinter. He is all for technology not spirituality.
While Raph, well, he is very brash! he acts before he thinks. He thinks the immediate fighting situation is more important than any sciense thinga-maging, that's some-thing you can take care of later.
Both are on each their extreme, neither of them are the person more in the right.
Leo is exactly the best pick for leader because he is able to stand some-where in the middle, both taking logic and immediate emotions into account finding some sort of a balance.. most of the time, he is still learning, but he is closest.
It would be fun to see Donnie and Raph being stuck in a collapsed sewer some-where and have to find their own way out. And well, in genneral to cross pair the turtles more would be neat.
It seems to be mostly. Leo-Raph and Donnie-Mikey they team up in. And Donnie Mikey has a good comedic dynamic going on, it's just kind of cool to shake things up a bit ones in a while.

Leo & Raph: Overused, but still fun to watch in critical battle situations where teamwork matters.
Don & Raph: Needs to be used more often, since brains vs. brawns can really make for interesting duels and fight scenes together.
Don & Leo: A bit too sterile being that the leader and the brains are simply showing the "straight" way about relationships, but provides good examples of what ideal partners should strive to be without flaws.
Raph & Mikey: This is my favorite pairing since it is entertaining to see the contrast between the toughest/most bipolar and gentlest turtles, which can be a good source for starting trouble that commonly brings Splinter to the fore. Also, they work well in battle.
Mikey & Don: The more intriguing part is seeing if Mikey can understand Don's ideas, since Don often needs to assist him to properly get his technique down.
Mikey & Leo: I'd love to see this more since Leo could be a great teacher for Mikey, plus Leo if he feels satisfied could still enjoy one of his brothers' pizzas or video games. A nice big brother/little brother relationship.

I'd love to see some real Don/Raph moments as well. It just really hasn't been done before, which is a shame.

Don/Raph. Other than their future Archie adventures, there's really no bromance between them whatsoever in any of their incarnations.

.....Mikey with anyone turtle XD...I can't choose....
Mike & Leo: they have some nice little brother, big brother moments XD and I like that Mikey respects Leo, it's cute.
Mike & Don: they are funny together XD Don trying to constantly explain something to Mikey, who just doesn't really care to pay attention XD
Mike & Raph: he's very protective of Mikey in the 2012 version...(maybe he always has XD)
............though Raph & Don is funny too.....
well I'm clearly Mikey biased.

The Leo/ Raph dynamic jumped straight to my mind and before I knew it I was thinking about all the times they've clashed. I also think the Mikey/ Don development is funny, especially observed in the Nick toon.
Phew, that thread title was a little dicey.
It's hard to say. For pure entertainment I like Raph and Mikey. Their team-up during the Triceraton invasion was hilarious. The Leo/Mikey and Raph/Don team-ups are always interesting to watch - it's like they've swapped weapons or something.

I really like the Leo/Raph dynamic and the Mikey/Don dynamic especially in this latest cartoon. I don't mind if they switch it up though if they want to, but that's what I like the most.

I like Raph and Mikey the best, especially in the 4kids cartoon.

There needs to be more Raph and Donnie interaction! Although I do love Raph/Mikey as a close second.
