She's only been in 2 episodes. What makes Tempestra more special than the other non-shredder villains for her to have her own music? She's not the only super powerful villain on the show.
edit - Don't get me wrong, guys, I don't hate Tempestra. I actually like her.

It's not her own theme. It was also played when Shreeka appeared.
They probably decided to create "evil sorcerer witch music" and used it for two characters. I'm pretty sure it was also played in one other episode randomly.
What I want to know is why "The Dark Turtle" got his own theme music?

Tempestra's music was also played by G Cleft on that giant piano in Leonardo Lightens Up.
I thought Lord Dregg had his own theme music.

It's not really soundtrack music. It's the music he plays! (And I like "Leonardo Lightens Up")
Maybe she was originally going to have a toy?

I'd say the only characters who really had their own theme music was Krang (The Arcade Game justifies this), Shredder (the theme that starts gently and changes key to the horns), Bebop/Rocksteady (they actually had three, one in Season 1, Season 3, and Seasons 4-7), Vernon (started as generic Channel 6 music until it became his theme), Irma, the Rat King, and Splinter (had a couple for him). Some were introduced for certain characters but were also used more generically (Baxter, The Neutrinos) and others were pretty standard; for instance Dregg's was common villain/enemy music for the final two seasons. Since Leonardo vs. Tempestra takes place in the middle of the night, it gives off that nightmare feel.

LOL, I love Bebop and Rocksteady's theme, it has this "slow, dumb and stupid" tone to it...usually when they're just sitting around talking.
And Rat King's theme was played in his every appearance, it starts off with that low tune like something creepy is walking.

That's nice. If the show creators had been lazy, they would probably just used the Technodrome soundtrack, expanding it into just a soundtrack for all bad guys.
