You looking for published art, like pages from the comic & covers? Or are you talking commissions & sketches from TMNT creators?
If its sketches & commissions your best bet is to contact the artists directly via their sites. You can Google Jim Lawson, Michael Dooney, and others and get their web pages.
I would also recommend trying to get a sketch from Erik Burnham, the scripter of Secret History of the Foot Clan, he's also one hell of an artist. You can get some really gorgeous high quality art from him at a very affordable price. I've been fortunate enough to get to know Erik pretty well over the past couple of years and have somewheres around 15 sketches from him.
Otherwise there's always EBay if you're trying to track stuff down. But its pretty sparse on there.

You can always contact artist about commissioned work. I have some from Andres Ponce and Jim Lawson myself. I even hit Tokka up for a commissioned piece, and while not an official TMNT artist commercialy, his imagination is well worth it in my opinion.

Though it can be hit-or-miss, Deviantart is the best place to look for fan art. There's a lot of quality work on there if you look hard enough. The group "TMNT Legacy" is one with a top-notch quality standard, so if you look at their gallery you'll see nothing but good stuff. Also like others have said it's best to get original art directly from the artists, but sometimes on ebay and even the BST (Buying/selling/trading) section of this forum can have cool pieces (I myself am selling some old comic book art at the moment ;)).

I would love to see this stuff if you wouldn't mind sharing.

Ask and you shall receive! Sorry for the poor picture quality, I am in the process of moving & don't have access to my scanner or all of my artwork from Erik, so I had to unfortunately just use my crappy phone. Here are 3 Marvel Blank cover sketches I have from him, he's currently working on 2 more for me and I have another 2 or 3 cover sketches from him packed away.

Pretty cool stuff. Hard to get a good idea of his digs with these photos but they're rad to see nonetheless. I hope to see the Genghis Frog you mentioned on my profile. Thanks for sharing!

I dug through Erik's photos on his Facebook fanpage & was able to find his scan of the Ghenghis Frog when he whipped it up for me.
