View Full Version : If everyone on the planet was a mutant what would the TMNT..

What would the TMNT do if suddenly everyone on earth woke up one day and discovered they were mutant animals. What would happen to the TMNT, would they join humanity/munatimy, stay hidden, help find a way to revese what had happened to the humans/mutants, ect....

Hmm... not really sure. I don't think they'd need a reason to stay hidden anymore. And if they didn't try to reverse what had happened they would probably at least try and find out what caused it.

anyway, i think they won't hide anymore and they'll live a normal (as possible) life happily ever after...

:lol: Actually I just couldn't resist making that joke, mostly since in the Sonic comic they've been strongly hinting lately that Mobius and Earth are the same. So it just struck me funny. :P

I think Leo would open a dojo, Raph would be a bartender, Mike would work in a pizzaria and Donatello would possibly get a job in engineering or computer design or something.

Y'know, I'll say this about ya, bro, you're good at asking the questions most people wouldn't even think of. I like that.

Well, if Splinter was still around... they would pry go and try to reverse the mutations (hey, they could take them to that underground city thing ;) ).

But now I think they would just kinda deal and come outta the shadows.

No idea how they would live, or what they would do though, but I think Leo has the right idea for that.

well in the comic the earth is no scattered with alieans due to the Utroms, and the turtles walk the streets, there is one instance where donny is talkin to a little girl, and prior to that he is thinking to himself. It goes to the effect that, "all these we tried to stay hidden in the shadows, and now we roam free on the streets, people just think were alians."

The cause? In the old toon it would have to be Shredder and Krang's evil scheme to mess with society. New toon... um aliens I guess.

What they'd do. They'd interact with people and try to find a solution. Maybe gain some new friends because of the circumstance.

Yeah Moomintroll is right... they'd probably go find some hot chick turtles and get laid.

.... and then, and then, like these CRAZY ninja dudes with all like these crazy swords and stuff pop out of nowhere and are like "Dude!!! We are ninjas!!!" And I'm like, "Whoa, ninjas!" so like I take out my crazy insane stick-bear (A bear taped to the end of a stick) and I'm like fighting them off. And its all like "wham! pow!! Snarl!! Oof!!" and all these ninjas are like "Oh no!! We surrender to the power of the bear-stick!!" So I'm like "Mwa ha ha ha ha ha!!! Bear-stick is the mostly awesometthing EVER!!" And I blow them up with my mind powers. Then like the head crazy ninja comes in and he is like 8 feet tall, 4000 pounds and has this crazy big bottle of pills, that are on FIRE!!! So I'm like, "dude, prepare for a bear-stick beating!!" and hes like "I shall consume you into my imortal soul!!!" So I hit him with the bear-stick and hes all like "ouch" but then he blows up some pills and I'm totally explodeded, which is hurful. so he goes "oooowwwAAWAAAAAOO!!!!" and i go like "Salamander crunch time!!!!" So all these salamanders with tiny hammers come out of my pockets and beat him to death.

And like I wanna come up to the Turtle guys with their crazy weapons and like fight them. But you see, I'll start to have feelings for like the smart one because he's smart and no one thinks he could get a date in like a million years. So we'd like start going out but everyone will think it's freaky because I'm like this huge scorpion mutant but I actually look kinda pretty as well and not jus really grotesque like some scorpion mutants can be. And I like gross everyone out though because I mean like 15 year olds still thing girls like have cooties so they like think me going out with the smart one is like totally gross.

That "After the Bomb" story reminded me a lot of Spider-Man: Unlimited. Interesting how that guy added the IMAGE TMNT into the chronology, but how the heck would Donny no longer be a sci-borg? I always just thought of IMAGE TMNT as an alternate universe or something. Ah whatever...

Anyway, assuming that this isn't like "The Mirror" and the humans were fully aware that they had changed, that would pretty much lead to mass panic. I doubt people would accept it, most people can't accept a change in clothing size, I don't think they're going to deal with a change in species very well.

SO, I think the guys would try and help reverse the change, while trying to calm the panicked masses. Assuming that the change cannot be reversed and people are forced to deal with what they now are, I think the turtles will take advantage of "fitting in" as best they can.

And if I ever woke up as a mutant animal, I wanna look like Jezebel.

We've already gone over what each turtle would do for a living (in each universe, no less).

But I wonder what kind of creature each person would become. I could see me and my folks turning into cat people because of our pet. My cousin Wendy would definitley turn into a golden retriever like her dog Tuffy. Dunno what my sister and her husband would turn into. My brother in-law is allergic to pet dander so that could cause a problem.

Did anyone here see that ep of Batman Beyond where "splicing" was the cool thing to do? They'd stick a needle in your skin with DNA from an animal in it, and the next day you would be part cat, or snake or dog or whatever. Thats what this thread reminded me of. If I had a choice of which animal to become half of, I would choose a skunk cuz then if someone made me mad I could turn around and spray them! Not to mention I would get a racing stripe

But I wonder what kind of creature each person would become. I could see me and my folks turning into cat people because of our pet. My cousin Wendy would definitley turn into a golden retriever like her dog Tuffy. Dunno what my sister and her husband would turn into. After the humans calmed down and the guys stopped playing peace keeper in the streets on New york and the population learned they couldn't revede any thing

Mike- Probly a chief, maybe a TV one who works with teh 'BAM' guy (forgot ther name)
Raph- Bounty Hunter, Seems like a good way to let out his aggresion while putting his skills to good use

Actually, this reminds me of that episode the one where Splinter leaves the turtles and they all go on their own seprate paths...
Leo became a martial arts instructor at some dojo place, Don worked in a repair store, Mikey became a pizza chef and I forget what Raph did, he worked at a dock or something I think

I already stated what I want to be earlier. I want to be a mutant Black Spitting Thicktail (Parabuthus transvaalicus). Not only do I have a stinger with venom but I could spit it as well. Yay!!! They are one of the most dangerous scorpions in the world too.
