God I would love it after Kraang Prime "dies" in Season 1's finale that the Kraang are all left without a leader.

Then we see Krang himself whose intelligence collectively freed himself from "The Kraang" and went off on his own as a world conqueror.

Krang would them come in with the Technodrome and teach the Kraang a proper thing or two.

I'm finally at peace with the Kraang being evil utroms and the real Krang and real Utroms never appearing here. It is a new take and I welcome the changes, though it just makes me wish they had taken a more original approach with the likes of Leatherhead and Baxter Stockman.

I said I would love it if it happened, not that I expect it to happen. I do imagine the Kraang will be "defeated" to some degree in the Season 1 finale, or at least retreat to Dimension X.

That's a pretty cool idea, I wouldn't mind if something along those lines happened. It'd be kind of good to see a new Dimension X'ian mutant take over the technodrome against the will of the kraang.

Speaking of which, did the technodrome in the OT ever get taken over on a semi-permanent basis?

we already have the return of the Technodrome in IDW, although I'm sure the Kraang will get some mother ship or movable fortress similar to the Technodrome.

Nope, anytime something took it over (Brainy Footsoliders or Baxter's computer), it was undone in the same episode

It would be great if Krang starts off like a Krangezoid, he is Krang who fell into a mutation vat. This made him more intelligent and freed him from the Kraang.

He renames himself Krang, and then strikes out on his own to take over Dimension X in the Technodrome.

Could you imagine how friggin big a Nick Technodrome playset would be???? Based on what we got for the sewer lair, It'd be like 5 feet tall!

It should hold key characters hostage for multiple episodes (Splinter, April, even one of the Turtles if it gets dark enough) along with the capability to destroy key locations such as April's apartment or the Turtles Lair. But Shredder/Baxter/The Foot still have a secret hideout that is as useful as a Technodrome and either that or the Drome itself would need to be defeated in order for one to become the predominant enemy base. But I'd be fine if its just some generic HQ in Dimension X that the Kraang or based. I'd rather see the Technodrome in the Michael Bay movie though.

True, but it was almost always low on power, with the danger being that if it was recharged it would become a force of destruction. I like your ideas, I have to say I haven't been thrilled about the Foot's current headquarters.
