Two give aways. One it sucks and two they put Megan Fox last when she's clearly the most famous actor name attached to the project currently. They'd also put Michael Bay's name on there and if anything it would say "From the director of Clash of the Titians", since that movie made money.

I'm not saying it looks real, because it doesn't, but why would someone fake a poster that's not even weird or outrageous? What would be the benefit of convincing us this was real?

It has several dead giveaways.

- They're probably not going to use the name of the actors playing the turtles to market the film.
-This poster is amateur hour, with too much grain and bright colors that evoke an animated sense (or easter), not a live action film.
-The bandanas would work within the lighting. They aren't glow in the dark. The entire right quarter of Donnie's mask should be obscured by darkness. They'd be given more real world properties; dirt, scratches, dust, grime, fabric, etc. (Yes, this applies to CGI characters.)
-The eyes would probably look real. The whole white eyes/no pupils thing is a cartoon/comic thing. This isn't the Scooby Doo movie!
-The movie is being called Ninja Turtles, not TMNT.
-The ads will most likely say: "From (Producer/Director) Michael Bay...blah, blah, blah" He's a household name, they're going to market it. Transformers is also not a trilogy.
-On a real poster, Platinum Dunes' logo would be included.

It's cute... fake but cute.
Kinda reminds me of the first RoboCop remake teaser poster (http://themovieblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/robocop.jpg), in its cheesiness. Fan art is fan art and I won't fault anyone for that. Someone is pumped for the film and it's stuff like this that gets the word out to folks who don't otherwise keep track.

Both movies were terrible so it doesn't really matter. The official movie poster will be like finding a TMNT comic book in an unflushed toilet. Something you really like with lots of things you don't smeared all over it.

Also no one's pointed out they stated the film was dropping the Teenage Mutant part so the poster wouldn't say TMNT anyway.
