Cartoon movie the turtles were watching?

What's the name of the cartoon the turtles were watching with Dr. Master Mind? It looked kind of like Space Ghost.

Space Heroes, made up by the writers

It's pretty clear that 'Space Heroes' is based off of the Star Trek animated series.

I find it to be a great spoof of the original star trek series.

[DVD]

Yeah, it's so Trek.I like how they even captured the animation style, and push to the limit the total piping off of the characters!
All done in the best possible taste. Love it.

It's called Space Heroes, and the doctor is Dr. Mindstrong, not Dr. Mastermind.
