I just realized Buffy sounds like Irma. :lol: Their voices are similiar if you listen closely to Buffy's whiny valley girl voice. Lotus Blosseum was voiced by the woman who voiced April.

Aunt Agatha, Tempestra, Caitlyn (Zach's sister), Dr. Jane Goodfellow (What's Michelangelo Good For?), Shreeka, Hepax (Atlantis Awakes), Medusa, and Merrick all had different voice actresses. Sure, Renae Jacobs and Jennifer Darling voiced many minor female parts, but except for Lotus, Buffy, Tiffany, and Jersey Red, the female characters they voiced weren't that distinguishably notable or in Princess Mallory's case justified since she was designed to be a very close imposter of April. So the answer is, for the notable characters, no, but for minor, one and two-liners, yes.

Tempestra was voiced by Gaille Heideman, not Tress MacNeille as some sources say such as this site's voices section, given her name appears only in Seasons 4 and 7 credits, and Tempestra is the only female character that appears in those two particular seasons.
