The top font on both looks like the same Bank Gothic variation. But the bottom font is slightly different on the U's and L's.

Not a bad logo, I was expecting worse.

I think it looks great. Love the metallic green and 3D effect of the 'Turtles'. I don't think we have to worry about aliens anymore. This is the title. If the film was called Ninja Turtles it would say as much here.

I don't want to say whether this is or isn't the FINAL logo-- I have no clue. More times than not, though, chair backs will NOT have the final logo for a film. Sometimes the logos change drastically. It's still VERY early in the process.

I like it better when "Teenage Mutant Ninja" stretches the length of the word "Turtles" below, but it not doing so makes it more easily distinguishable from other projects using similar TMNT logos. I'm fine with it.

I agree with Andrew. The way this movie is shaping up, it makes this new logo just seem like an attempt to cover all the bases. Something the Nick fans will connect with.

If this is your way of thinking then you've OBVIOUSLY not read the IDW comics or watched Nick series. In the new toon alone Foot Soldiers are heaving their heads slammed into concrete, people are having their skin melted off, and there's all sorts of clever humor. The IDW comic has a deep rich origin and all these crazy plots seamlessly tying together. Don't talk smack without having a fair idea of what kinda material they're putting out.

Why are you assuming I don't know about either? I'm talking about Nick as a whole company. They put out a bunch of other kids franchises other than the turtles. I don't want them to put the turtles *movie* on the same level as other nick stuff. I've read the IDW issues and watched the nick series. Calm down, buddy.
