Mine is Dogpound or Bebop/Rocksteady. I don't really have a reason, I just like them. And you should really add a poll.

Nobody else but poor, put-upon terrorized animated Baxter Stockman. :D
Why? Because like I said, the idea of Baxter as a failure with a terrible life is very funny to me, and it's always been his alliance with Shredder that creates that situation. Even if a lot of it IS Baxter's own damn fault. :P

Bebop, Rocksteady and Xever. Bebop and Rocksteady because they were funny, bumbling characters and henchmen who irritated Shredder and Xever because, compared to Dogpound, I like his backstory and interaction with Raphael in "Baxter's Gambit".

I agree with this.

It's always been Rocksteady and Bebop for me. I loved their bumbling incompetance and goofy, dim-witted humor. So much of the show would never have been possible without those two!

No mention of Tatsu or Hun yet? For shame.

Are the only options in this instance the following?
-Bebop/Rocksteady
-Dogpound/Fishface
-Tatsu
-Hun
If so, I guess I'll have to go with Bebop followed by Tatsu.

Hun would be my second fave, actually. But the R&B (sounds so musical, LOL!) duo will always have a special place in my heart!

Don't forget Rahzar/Tokka.
Also find it amusing people are leaving out Karai, I guess they don't see her as a hencemen? (henchwoman?)

the R&B (sounds so musical, LOL!)
It is, truly! Did you know that Bebop & Rocksteady are actually named after genres of music? Bebop is a kind of jazz, whereas Rocksteady gets its roots in ska & reggae. :) It's hilariously ironic and quite fitting that when you put their initials together they form yet another style of music.
Don't forget Rahzar/Tokka.

Ah, I did in fact forget them... Gotta love Rahzar. I thought of Karai but she's hardly a henchman IMO.

I've always had a soft spot for Hun.

I like Tatsu in the movie and Bebop and Rocksteady in the original cartoon.

The interaction of Raph/Fishface in Baxter's Gambit was excellent...
Don't forget Rahzar/Tokka.

I don't consider her a "henchwoman"....lol
I'd have to go with Bebop and Rocksteady, Hun, and Dogpound and Fishface.

i'de say no. They never did listen to shredder. they were just created by him.
For me its a toss up between foot solider #10324A and foot solider #01294B.
OR Super Bebop and Mighty Rocksteady since i pretty much watch that episode almost 3 times a week when i was a kid.

Definitely Xever for me. I've liked him since his earliest appearances - I loved watching him fight as he's got some pretty entertaining moves - but Baxter's Gambit pretty much defined why I think he's one of the more interesting TMNT villains.

Mine would have to be Hunter "Hun" Mason from the 2003 series. BTW, I think he turned into a street punk due to the fact he didn't have a father (In "Fallen Angel" Hun mocks Casey by saying how much he enjoyed torching his father's store, to which Casey replies, "At least I HAD a dad." Which causes Hun to angrily respond by hitting him). :twink:

I'm surprised no one said Slash or Leatherhead (the 1987 one). I also really liked Tokka and Rahzar, and Hun. I particularly liked the history between Hun and Casey Jones.
And speaking of Hun, he needs to come back to the TMNT-verse (comics, cartoon, or both). He's kinda like the Harley-Quinn of the franchise.

So I searched on youtube, and yep. I GArunTEE..

Yup, and I'll go you one further- they are also titles (or a part of a title) of two songs from the 80's as well. "Rock Steady" was a pop song (forgot who sang it) and the other one is "I Wanna (Be)Bop With You Baby"- it's a country song. And I'm old enough to remember when both were new.... So now we have an even MORE musical spin on their names, LOL!
