As in the history of TMNT there have been various team-ups like:
Cerebus
Yosagi Yojimbo
The Flaming Carrot
The Savage Dragon Etc...

Who and how woukd you like to see a team up?

For me)

Hellboy: Turtles encounter a group of preserved paranormal SS Nazi officers in the underground quarters of NY, they accidentally free them and Hellboy shows up to discover the TMNT and to help them stop the evil force

Scooby Doo: The Scooby Gang go to an old abandoned factory to solve the case of the spooky " Rat King". Turtles show up one by one to rescue each chracter:
Leo-Fred
Raph-daphne
Don-thelma
Mikey-shaggy and scoob

No more crossovers like that, the only one that worked for me was Usagi.

The Biker Mice From Mars. That would be so freaking awesome. But it will never happen.

Power rangers again why you ask. I don't know I just thought it was epic when it happened the first time. So I figured the young kids today would enjoy it to. Though not sure how they would pull it off.

I'd love to see them do something with Transformers or G.I. Joe.

I think some crossovers will work but will depend on which turtles to use. for example, the Hellboy crossover would work great with the mirage or maybe 2k3 turtles, and i can see the OT turtles would go very well with the Scooby Gang(i'm a scooby fan as well! :) ), yes, kungfu panda with nick turtles would be a good choice...next mutation turtles with power rangers...etc. for me though, i would like to see them team up with transformers and marvel characters. :D

It will probably never happen, but gosh wouldn't it be interesting if "Team Monster" got called to investigate possible alien sightings in New York City in a Monsters Vs. Aliens crossover... The Kraang would try and steal Ginormica's quantonium, Link and Raph would get into fights...:tlol:

Kung Fu Panda for the Nick series.

If this ever happened I'd put a can of cream in my pants and let it explode all over.

Duke Nukem?.... haha alright seriously i know it would never work but it would be crazy to see probably my favourite video game as a kid and my favourite Tv show together. Just think of the bad one liners duke would come up with for Krang and Shredder.

Even though it'll never happen, them teaming up with Batman, Spiderman or the X-men would be cool.

The Foot and The League of Assassins. *smiles* Can you imagine the martial arts action?

I would love to see 2k12 Turtles and Kung Fu Panda. 2k3 Turtles and Gargoyles.

Kung Fu Panda could work. Get Brett Booth or Santolouco to do the art and wala... Could be magic.

You, know, I was just talking about this very subject a few days ago with my hubby. We both decided that a Marvel (Spidey, X-Men, or Deadpool) or Gargoyles crossover would be epic. In fact, I've been tinkering with some ideas for a crossover fan-fic.....

Gargoyles would be cool, back at one point I wanted a TMNT/Toxic Crusaders team-up. mainly because thiscwas happening all the time in my bedroom! Playmates made some great figures. TC were a bunch of mutants in New Jersey, TMNT mutants in NY. It was Meant to happen!!!!

I always thought TMNT/Swamp Thing would be an epic team up. It could be something similer to "The River" story but with some real challenging ideas on Pre-destination and Changing Fate.

Daredevil and TMNT. Play it like the old Marvel/DC team ups where they'd just act like they were in the same universe the whole time. Tie in the origin stuff.

I personally like the idea of a Spidey/TMNT team-up (both are in NY!) or a TMNT/Gargoyles one. With Gargoyles, you don't even have to go universe-hopping, since it could easily be in the same dimension/reality/universe or whatever. Both deal with mutants, monsters, and robots, so why not? They even both have had supernatural elements. I could see the Castle Wyvern clan meeting up with the Turtles on a night patrol sometime, maybe when Golioth's clan gets mixed up with some shady deal between Xanatos and the Foot. Hm.... I think I just found a plot bunny!

And Spider-Man (or any NYC superhero in Marvel) is a shoe-in! I have this personal theory that NYC is the inter-dimensional comic-book/cartoon universe nexus, and that's why so much weird crap happens there.

I can totally see Lex and Don geek talking away... Mikey and Broadway in the kitchen in a "battle of the chefs"...

Yeah Gargoyles could easily fit in as a team up, even the style was a lot similer to 2003 series
