I hope there isn't much Casey Jones-centrism in this series, in season two or otherwise. He's always been one of my least favorite characters, and if I gave any less of a damn about seeing him in 2k12, I would be producing negative damns that cause space-time to fold in upon itself and implode the multiverse. In fact, physics is more interesting than Casey Jones, and I've used up all my damns on this post. Good night!

Casey Jones is one of the best characters when he's used well. As long as he doesn't get overused and become a dumb comic relief character like in the later 4kids years he should be OK.

He's the second most important human friend character after April. I'd expect him to be in quite a number of episodes.

Visually Casey has always been one of my favorite characters (could be because I am a goalie) but character wise I have always had a hard time relating to him.

I didn't grow up on the mean streets with a dead-beat dad etc. etc. so his problems, while very serious, never really clicked with me.

Just going to have to wait and see what happens I suppose.

i honestly dont like casey much at all, but i recognize he is an important character in tmnt so i dont mind that hes coming. also, as far as design and voice go, so far im tolerating this new casey, especially all geared up with his mask.

that being said, i hope he plays a smaller part in the show than someone like april, like he appears with them in 1/3 of the episodes, fights a couple mutants with them, but then goes home and we dont see him again for a few episodes.

I've never been a huge fan of Casey, I liked the OT version and the 03 version was okay to me. But seeing this version and with the excellent success this crew has had with it's characters, I'm excited for him. Plus I really love his design especially when he's got the hood up.

I am SO stoked to see Casey. Personally, of all the humans we've seen so far I totally love his design, he actually looks better animated than he does drawn (which is saying something cause he looks pretty darn cool when he drawn too) which can't really be said for April or Karai. I see no reason Casey shouldn't be allowed just as much screentime as April, especially seeing as how they've totally gone a new direction with what she's supposed to be. I'll feel pretty ripped-off if he winds up like Leatherhead.

Anyway, I'm really excited to know more about his backstory and why he's picked up the vigilante act. For awhile now when my older sister and I watch the show, almost every time there's a scene with humans running around we take notice of this tall, skinny dude running around and we like to pretend it's Casey since it looks a lot like him and we never see his face. Would be quite humorous if it did wind up being him seeing as he's always there for every bad things that turns in the city and would give him pretty good reason to feel as though he needs to pick up the slack in defending people.

It's a good thing you are not in charge of what characters appear in this show. Because if all you want to see is turtles then it would be a pretty boring show. Can't wait for Jones to appear.

I loved the 2003 Casey, this one I'm not really looking forward to, maybe I'm just used to how the 2003 version looked cuz I just can't get into this new version :(

I think Casey will get a lot of episodes this season, they'll want people to get to know him. We did get a lot of him in the 2003 series though, I'm iffy on the situation :P

personally i wouldnt consider myself a hater, im just not really a fan of casey jones as a character in any incarnation. but ill give you that i am excited to see how this one turns out, maybe he'll be the casey incarnation i actually enjoy

I never liked Karai much before (well, she was a good punching bag in 2k3 video games), but I absolutely love Nick's incarnation.

Maybe the same could be said about Casey. In the trailer, he seems full of himself, egoistical and psycho enough, just how I like him in OT. :P
