Nick TMNT Season 1 Best Episode Tournament: Mousers Attack! vs. Turtle Temper

The last match featured 2 Baxter episodes, this features the other Baxter episode. It's 15 vs. 18 with the winner facing the #2 Seed Season Finale Showdown. I'm really mixed on this match, should be interesting to see where everyone goes.

My Take on the Matchup:

#15 Mousers Attack! - I liked the concept of the episode, the A Team vs. B Team idea I liked, but did expect a bit more.

#18 Turtle Temper - I admit, I'm a sucker for Lewis Black, so I'm sure I liked this episode more than others.

Well, I would do it that way if I felt it was easier. Putting them all in one topic would mean no polls. And I know people would then complain why there's no polls on an episode voting topic...

Hey, I'm not the only one that voted for Turtle Temper! lol I've said it before, but I don't get the hate for this episode, but to each their own. I think it's funny and has great music and animation, even if I despise Spider Bytes' design. Mouser's Attack is a nice episode as well, but it did feel like they could have done a bit more with it.

I liked hearing more of Splinter's past and Raph was pretty funny XD

Mouser's attack shafted my favorite turtle...thus will not have my vote.

Sorry Turtle Temper, I love you, but I really liked Mousers Attack! Maybe cause it was just a break from Kraang lab/Kraang/Shredder/Kraang lab etc. etc.

I don't think "Turtle Temper" is a bad episode, just not the strongest. Even though I liked it, "Mousers Attack!" was better. I mean, the turtles were kind of like jerks with this A Team and B Team competition, but there were some great action and comedy scenes. Plus, I knew they would come together as the team they are. After watching it a second time, it happens to be solid.

I had planned on making the later rounds longer so there's that.

But here's the thing, I posted the original topic for this a week before I started these. I stated that I was open to suggestions on how this could be done, and I got nothing. So I went with what was easiest. I stated if people didn't want a whole list of poll threads, I could just PM each match; which I didn't really want to do because people that didn't take part in the lists would wonder why they can't participate, it would have been a matter of giving PMs out to everyone and then hoping everyone responds back. Or do a poll to let everything known out front and let everyone make an opinion. But I would have done that if people preferred that.

But I made clear when this was going to start, I've put in big bold notices for important information, with no feedback from anyone, there's not much else I could have done. Sorry.

Eh... it's totally up to you. :) I'm just saying that the results may not be as accurate as you may hope for, because we've seen how poll trends can change over the course of a few days or even a weekend. :ohwell:

I chose "Turtle Temper" mainly because it imparted a good lesson and showed us more of Splinter's past. "Mousers Attack!" was good, but I also felt they could have done more with it in the end.
