TMNT reshelled

[TheBlueTurtle1]

Does anyone know who did the artwork for turtles in time reshelled, and if there is any production/concept artwork out there? I can't seem to find out any info, and I love the art!

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Surprisingly enough, yes, I actually do know! It's this dude from Singapore. He's got a bunch of boss character designs in his gallery. http://chao8410.deviantart.com/
