Other than Divide and Conquer and Plan 6 From Outer Space/end of The Big Blowout, when would you consider the Technodrome was the most severely damaged.
I'm thinking the end of The Irish Jig is Up and the end of Escape From The Planet From The Turtleoids.

The Technodrome seemed to be in pretty bad shape in "Son of Return of the Fly II", and for the record, I never understood what that title was supposed to mean.

I guess it was a play on old horror movies' title like The bride of Frankenstein or The son of Dracula and such.

I always thought it was originally planned to be called "Return of the Fly" but it was later realized that there was already an episode that had that name and I thought that was why they put II in the title.
I would consider the Technodrome in worse shape in The Dimension X Story, they couldn't get the portal to work in The Dimension X Story but they did get it to work in Son of Return of the Fly II.

The episode when all the naval boats crash into it at the end of the episode. And Krang is like, "plug up those holes!"

Probably just mashing up the common traits of monster movie sequel titles ("Son of Kong", "Son of the Blob", "The Return of Dracula", "The Fly II",) into something that makes no sense. A lot of the Baxterfly episodes have titles like that, so this is just following the trend.

The Missing Map!! :D Zach trashed the place with eyeball missiles and the balance controls!! There was another episode I forget in Season 3 where they were outside assessing the exterior damages to the Technodrome.

SHredderville IMO, but that was only a dream.....
When it crashed eyeball-first into Cybertron Jr. and the top half of it got crushed. Of course, the very next ep retconned most of the damage.
EDIT: Oh, "other than"... Dimension X Story then, probably.

And they had left that hatch open so far below in the Earth's core (he almost fell into the lava)!

i'm guessing in return of the technodrome when it fell into the center of the earth it got pretty beat up. considering the turtles blew a hole in the bottom of it earlier i'm sure the inside got burned as bad as the outside.

All the Turtles really did was disable the power temporarily in only a few rooms, and that as the Technodrome was sinking, the crew in rooms where the power is still working managed to restore power just in time to close the main entrance and I feel that the Technodrome was built to withstand the heat of Earth's lava, leaving it completely intact in its next appearance. Otherwise, Turtle Trek turned out to be the knockout blow that left the Technodrome beyond repair.

You would think the technodrome would have been in pretty bad shape when it fully submerged in the lava of the earth's core at the end of season 2...not to mention, the villains should have been killed immediately...but in the next season, the technodrome hasn't so much as a scratch, and the bad guys are unharmed as well. One of the notable continuity errors of this show.
Another one, I believe from "20,000 Leaks Under The City" is when Splinter falls down a waterfall in the sewer, then the show cuts to a break. As soon as the episode comes back on, he hasn't reached the waterfall yet, and Don catches him before he gets there.

I think that name was just rib-nudging satire meant to make fun of old horror movie titles.

haha i literally just saw this episode. its the one where Donatello throws the black throwing star bomb and blows a hole in the side of it to gain entrance to the Drome. so they did a little bit more then kill the power in a few rooms. i'm sure there are bulk head doors somewhere in the Drome though so the Drome wasn't completely destroyed on the inside. and the hull was probably able to withstand the heat of the lava but i doubt the guns and turrets made it unscathed. so the Drome wasn't completely destroyed but Krang would have to get the whole foot solider army out repairing things.

To me itt was in the worst shape in the final episode 'Divide and Conquer'.
Before that it was in the worst shape in episodes that were set immediately post the beating it took from Traag's fleet in 'The Big Blow Out' like 'Plan 6 From Outer Space' and the aformentioned 'Son of Return of the Fly II' and 'Dimension-X Story'

The fact that the thing is a literal unsalvageable wreck the last time it's shown, I'd say that would technically the season 7 finale.
