LOL I'm not asking you to, just guess what could happen in your opinion, if you want to.

I doubt she will listen to him right away. She'll probably keep denying the truth and be angrier at Leo for even telling her this. She'll still believe that Splinter killed her mom and that's pretty much it for now. Only time will tell what the writers want her to do.

Of course she's going to deny it at first. It's the only natural response to everything you've been lead to believe since birth all being a lie. Though it's going to have to be something bigger than what Leo says that will ultimately sway her. What that could be, I don't know at the moment. Maybe some sort of dream sequence?
Another thing that could fall into factor would be if Shredder continues to be an s****y father towards her. Every time they're both onscreen, it's clear he views her less of a daughter to love and more of another henchman to manipulate so she'll be a special psychological weapon for Splinter. And the only ways she'll do what he wants is to either threaten her like everyone else who works for him or pull the old, "He must pay for taking your mom and my wife!"

I don't think he was much of a father to her. We've seen hints that he was abusive. But other then training her to be a weapon for him to use against his enemy. He's more or less let her raise herself and do what she wants all he asks is that she be a good little soldier and does as she is told.
It's possible she may begin to see the love and companionship the Turtles have with each and the devotion they have for their teacher and father. And truly does start to wonder what sort of man Hamato Yoshi was to garner such devotion, while her own father gets his respect and devotion through fear and intimidation.

She'd probably see Leo as a disgrace the first time, but maybe she'll piece the puzzles together by the end of the show?
