Everything...and I mean EVERYTHING has been given the Christmas Carol treatment, from the Smurfs and Flintstones, too Mickey (hey....this is intentional for once!) and even the Muppets. So...who would be which characters if Nick decided to be completely crazy and jump on the bandwagon of Christmas Carol?
I'd assume Raph as Scrooge with maybe the other 3 Turtles as the 3 Spirits (Mikey specifically as the ghost of Christmas present.)...but outside of that...I'm at a loss.

That would be fun, I'm surprised that haven't done this yet with Spongebob, those characters would fit perfectly in the story.

IF Nick did an xmas carol version of tmnt then Raph would be an obvious choice.
I'm sure it'd be fun whoever they chose to be scrooge. Not sure they'd have ghosts though.
IF they do it I hope it isn't so predictable as Raph as scrooge.
No xmas tmnt I say, but an xmas show won't hurt.

They probably thought this thread was about a new episode coming out.
It was "confirmed" through T.V. guides I think...look in the Season 2 thread.

If you're really jonesing for some TMNT Christmas, there is a Michelangelo's one shot in the mirage series.

Okay, my take:
Karai as Ebeneezer Scrooge
Leonardo as Bob Cratchit
April as Fred
Metalhead as Tiny Tim
Mutagen Man as Jacob Marley
Splinter as the Ghost of Christmas Past
Slash as the Ghost of Christmas Present
Shredder as the Ghost of Christmas Future
I don't know but Raphael needs to be giving 'tude as Tiny Tim.

I can't believe I actually put thought into this, lol.
Raph - Scrooge
Leo - Fred (is that the relative trying to get Scrooge into the Christmas spirit's name?)
Donnie - Bob Cratchit
Mutagen Man - Tiny Tim
Slash - Jacob Marley
Splinter - Ghost of Christmas Past
Mikey - Ghost of Christmas Present
Shredder - Ghost of Christmas Future
Have no idea who Raph's former love interest would be, though. Did I miss anyone else?

Raph would be good as scrooge since they are Turtles and can't blend in with the holiday scene. It's not like they can just walk into a store and gets gifts for people like normal humans. And winter cold also puts him in a foul mood.
Splinter may take on a Marley/Fred role and try to impart the lesson that the holiday is a season of giving. But that doesn't entirely mean giving material possessions. But rather celebrating what one has, giving thanks for family and friends you have now, and honoring the memories of loved ones who are no longer there. And remembering those who are less fortunate.
(In Japan Christmas is viewed more as lovers holiday so it's kinda like a third valentines day.) So I can see Donnie hanging out with April much of the day.
The turtles I think would make gifts or scrounge through stuff to use as presents. But other then that the Turtles won't really be big on the gift giving.
I don't think the Spirits will come into play, but maybe Raph would remember this is the time he had found Spike. That's the real reason he's upset.
Then maybe Slash will show up intending to slaughter Raph's brothers once again. Raph fights him and tries to appeal to the part of him that had been his friend to not do this.
Slash: Come on Raphael. You don't need 'em, they're weak and hold you back. Without them, you and I can be an unstoppable team. You're anger makes you stronger and better then the three of them combined.
Raph: My anger makes me formidable...but that isn't what makes me strong. My strength comes from my brothers and the desire to protect my family. And I won't let you hurt them!
And ends with everyone enjoying each others company in the lair. And maybe Slash standing out in the cold thinking about what he has lost..

With all these ideas about TMNT doing Christmas Carol, that gives me an idea for another fanfic.

There's a Mirage version of this with Raph as Scrooge, so that's what my brain keeps going back to.
Maybe we should make Scrooge Leo or Splinter instead.
With either of them we'd get the Christmas Yet To Come being a dark future where the brothers aren't together anymore because the bond of family wasn't maintained.

Baxter Stockman as Scrooge.
Bitter, disgruntled. Hates the world. Hates socialising.
I'd quite like Splinter to be the Ghost of Christmas Past. Can you imagine Hoon Lee saying, "These are shadows of the past. They are what they are... do not blame me."
And maybe Spiderbytes or Dogpound as the Ghost of Christmas Present.
And the Rat King as the Ghost of Christmas Future, chasing down Baxter in a coach pulled by giant black rats.

Pizza Boy as the ghost of Xmas present
Hobo as the Ghost of Xmas Past
The little tea party girl as the ghost of Xmas future
Spiderbytez as Scrooge
Kraang as Tiny Tim
Mr. Murikami as Bob Crachit

If her storyline where further along, I could see a "Christmas Carol" style episode about teaching Karai to let go of her hate and embrace her new family, but it would have to happen after she learns the truth about Shredder, Splinter and her mother.

Donnie - Bob Cratchit
Mutagen Man - Tiny Tim
It's hilarious how awesome that one worked out. Spot on for the rest of your casting, too. Might be tempting to use Rat King as the Ghost of Christmas Future because of his appearance, but I'd still go with Shredder too.
As for anyone else, might as well make April Emily Cratchit, Karai Belle (the past love interest), and maybe use Casey as Fezziwig?

Sorry, but this whole idea doesn't appeal to me. There have been so many adaptations of A Christmas Carol that it's in danger of losing all poignancy. (Much like the countless It's A Wonderful Life variations.)
The original story is fine and has a nice message about how losing sight of your initial goal can leave you miserable and unfulfilled but no matter how old and unhappy you are, you can still make changes that will improve your outlook on life (and in turn, others may view you in a more positive light.)
The turtles don't need to adapt A Christmas Carol. It's a sign of lazy writing to take a plot that everyone already knows and force the characters to fit the story, rather than create a story where the characters naturally move the plot along and their canon personalities are allowed to shine.
I'm not really big on holiday/XMas stories in general. It doesn't really make much sense for mutant turtles raised to honor Japanese customs to celebrate Christmas traditions tied to another culture. They might read a Dickens book that someone flushed down a toilet or something, but I doubt that would inspire the turtles to instantly start decking the halls or shouting bah humbug.
If the TMNT franchise has a Christmas tradition, it's that Mikey finds Klunk around the holiday (Mirage comics, 2k3 Series.) With Spike no longer acting as the 'team pet' I would be very interested in seeing Mikey adopt a cat. Maybe Raph would even warm up to Klunk... eventually.

Well if they do have a holiday or at least winter centered episode. I don't see the Turtles leaving the lair all that much. Being cold-blooded creatures the cold winter can be hazardous to their health.
But I can see as an episode where they talk about fond memories of their childhood or growing up.
Or have a clip show where they run through the stuff they have experienced thus far.

To be honest, I would indeed hope they wouldn't do A Christmas Carol type story - I think it's an overused Christmas special storyline. But the OP was just asking us to cast it; doesn't mean I actually want to see it happen, though.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that found the Donnie/MM casting amusing, lol.
I was actually considering Casey as an old, close friend (as opposed to love interest), but they haven't even met yet in the show, so... Otherwise, yeah, April and Karai being the only two females, that's pretty much the way they'd have to be cast, I'd think.
