Over at the offcial site www.ninjaturtles.com it has been updated that Tales Vol. 2 will be done by various artists and writers. But it will stay in continuity to tell the stories between TMNT Vol. 2 and 4.

That is interesting. I wonder how "various" the writers will be? Are we talking TMNT Vol. 1 #22-44 various? Or a various mix of regular Mirage artists and writers?

Good question. I think that either way, it'll be pretty cool.

Here's hoping for an A.C. Farley-drawn issue or two . . . .

His renditions of the Turtles did look kinda stumpy . . . in all honesty, I felt his version made them seem just a little more turtle-like than a lot of the other artists' interpretations of the boys. Structurally sound and amazingly textured, his work is awesome—especially his amazing covers for the City at War issues.

God, I love A.C. Farley's version of the Turtles. I could only be so lucky to have him working on Tales.

I think its the whole turtles community that could benifet from a few refreshers from the some of the original, mirage turtles, weelders of the pen.

Inspired by our discussion here, I've started a new thread devoted entirely to listing your favorite TMNT artists. I hope you'll swing by and share your thoughts. :)

The thread's right here: http://www.thetechnodrome.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5187
