Kurtzman will play a role in April's story arc in Season 2. How do you think the show will portray Kurtzman, and will he have a bigger role?

He's the character they revealed at NYCC that is voiced by Robert Forster. Kurtzman has been studying the Kraang for years and has info on April.
His first (and only?) episode is Episode 208 so it's probably the next new one we'll get.
I seem to remember they said, that he is a journalist

I think he will have importance as he would blow the whole mystery of why April is the way she is open. And why the Kraang want her, and maybe even what the mutagen is and why it's unpredictable.
In the clip he was shown in at New York Comic Con he shows the Turtles and April a scrap book of the Kraang through out history. And explains the Kraang have looking for a specific strand of human DNA for thousands of years. He then holds up a photo that could only be described as April as an infant, informing the Turtles that the Kraang have found the DNA strain they were looking for.

I have no idea how he'll be portrayed, but I am interested to know what he'll reveal to the Turtles and April and why the Kraang want April in the first place.

I can't but help to wonder if this guy has some secret of his own. Like if it's this universes' Fugutoid or if he has powers himself. There's an anime called the Guyver that also had a journalist who was tracking the Chronos corporation (a secret organization that was turning humans into mutant/monster warriors called Zoanoids). This journalist knew a ton about them. It was later revealed that he was a prototype body for the Zoalords and he had powers himself. Pretty cool twist. So I wonder if Kurtzman will be done the same way.

Maybe...Or maybe he is a member of the Kraang himself except he's kinda like what Ch'Rell had been to the Utroms. Except where there Kraang are evil, he is actually benevolent.

OOO that's a good idea. I'd liked that a lot actually.

It would be interesting if he wasn't human or was part human.

I like the hotion of him being a more peaceful Kraang. Been wondering if we'd see at least one of their species who detests violence and terraforming. Although if he turns out to be something else entirely or simply human, that's also cool. His character is certainly captivating me so far. Can't wait to see the episode.

They are probably going to introduce Kurtzman in the 8th episode within this season.
