I couldn't find a thread like this but if it exists, sorry.

What are your favorite moments of The Shredder from film one and two?

For me it's easy..

I love how when he finds out that the Turtles are back, he goes into straight militant mode. A true sociopath.

The way he oozes confidence in his ability to kill the Turtles and ordering Tatsu to kill Splinter makes it my favorite moment.

Another is the war cries during his fight with Leo. It's so deep and threatening.

That moment when Leo goes "You lie!" & he responds with "DO I?!" with this sh*t eating grin and the most evil tone of voice... it's just so awesome, haha.

The Shredder's Suite. When he first walked in with that music playing, it truly showed how menacing he was.

I have to say his intro too.

The score is well done, and the unveiling of Shredder was awesome. Not to mention the speech he gave to the recruits. Basically showing just how manipulative he can be.

"You are here because the outside world rejects you. THIS is your family. I am your father. I want you all to become full members of the Foot. There is a new enemy: freaks of nature who interfere with our business. You are my eyes and ears. Find them! Together we will punish these creatures, these... turtles."

Although I feel the speech could have been longer, more of a transition between the manipulation of the youths to the new enemy bit, to me it seems too much of a jump. But hey. That's just me.

Is there footage anywhere besides a picture of the alternate intro where he beats down the thugs?

When you find out he is talking about giant talking turtles who are ninja's, you don't really go "WTF". They did a great job of keeping that serious when if you think about it, it's extremely silly.

I'm also a fan of him turning his back on the Turtles during their fight. It's the ultimate sign of disrespect and shows just how confident he is in his ability.

His first appearance in the second movie: "I challenge!"

That moment in the second movie where his hand pops up out of the garbage at the dump. And you know that A) he's back, and B) he's PISSED.

That "I challenge" line was great, too. Too bad it all went downhill from there. Although he DI have some of the most serious lines in the movie. He was one of the few things that kept it from getting TOO silly. Until the "Super-Shredder" bit at the end. He lost me there, LOL!!

First movie: His "the rat- kill it" line to Tatsu. Just oozes (pun intended) menace. Same with that "Do I?" line to Leo. And for some reason, I really love that scene where he's watching April's interview and throws the knife at the TV, with that line: "Find her. Silence her." So deliciously evil.

I like that scene as well. You can barely make out who it is but you know he is something fierce.
