If there was a 'Turtles 'avengers' team, who would be on it?

Specifically the 80's turtles, but feel free to add or just do 4kids and comics turtles as well. I put some thought into this, I could see it being marketed. My main guess would be the turtles(obviously) as well as Casey and April. And the 'punk frogs' or they just make a lot of guest appearances. With Carter or Zac the fith turtle. I don't want to add much more because if the frogs are included the group would be too big.

I'd picture it something like Shredder, Krang. Bebop and rocksteady, they aren't in the show I could see Rahzar and tokka.

Also I'd add Usagi yojimbo to the 'Turtles 'avengers' group.

There's multiple universes multiple villains and alles and some people that mix better. Like for OT I'd rather have lotus then April. And you can argue either way for Casey or carter or an older Zac the fifth turtle. And with 2k3 legion of doom, there can be Hun, shredder, karai

Kinda like how Disney/Jim Henson did so with The Muppets in "Treasure Island" and "Christmas Carol".
