transforming foot soldier

[Kid Icarus]

Does anyone have any info on this fig? I don't remember ever seeing it in the stores....

[tmntman]

Well what did you want to know?

Basic info:

Part of the last series of Mutating figures from 1993
Repackaged as part of the Ninja Power releases in 1996
Was a resculpted foot soldier with exposed wires in several places
The "mutation/transformation" was moving the panels to exposed the interal wiring

You can get more info at the link below.

Man those sure are ugly. Wasn't there also a mutating Splinter?

[tmntman]

There were two mutating Splinters. The first was part of the 1st or 2nd wave of the mutating figures (the two waves sort of ran together.) The second was the Road Ready Mutation Splinter that changed into a small version of the Turtlevan with Splinter's head at the weel.

Man those sure are ugly. Wasn't there also a mutating Splinter?
